Soooooooo, where do I begin. Currently living in a room and decided that, Sunday October 15, 2023 would be the day that I take a leap of faith an apply for an apartment at Wintergreen. Well let me tell you, Ms. Ebony owes me nothing. Her warm smile and greeting, after entering the office, made my choice of stepping up and out, even more a confirmation. She was attentive and knowledgeable, as an expert should be. She didn't leave no stone unturned. Her responses were very friendly. She didn't do a "win-over" speech, she just gave phenomenal customer service. KUDOS to Wintergreen Apartments for having a phenomenal staff to ease away fear and uncertainty. Thanks Ebony!! :)

As my first apartment experience Wintergreen really did impress. Rental Office (special shout out to Ms. Gia & Megan) they were very patient and willing to explain things over and over for me for clarity when needed. Residential Services (special shout out to Ashley) she has been following up with me after every request I put in to fix something. I will definitely give a update once I am all settled.

Management respond quick , now we don’t have to deal the longer wait time on the phone , I requested service on the resident app , they show up within 30 min . I was surprised !!! The maintenance guys are so cool and humble !! Thank you !!

Henderson Web is the most careless management company, horrible maintenance and huge infestation problems, you all see rats running around all over their complex, be smart and find a better place to live.

Stay away from this place. Unless your ok with: mice/bug infestations, unhygienic neighbors, abandoned cars, maintenance stealing your items. Henderson-Webb owns Wintergreen apartments and they care less they just want your money. Honsetly the experience was so bad I decided to get a home. The last 2 apartments complex I lived at were amazing, with zero to no issues.

If you are a CCBC students you are entilted to a discount. But the leasing office does not disclose this to you. And it only applys at the time of signing the lease. Abanded cars contantly on the property that look to be totaled, with windows busted, front end part of cars missing, flat tires etc. The mice are very friendly and never seem to go away. I got to the point of turning away the exterminators because the call center said one thing while the exterminators did another. The exterminators would not tell us what they did if we were not home. Needless to say my one year olds shelf had white powder all over it, got on her clothes and belongings. Our sink constantly would leak, call center said maintenance would be there asap. One of the representatives called back hours later and asked if maintenance ever came I told them no. And the representative I spoke to seemed surprised saying she spoke to the property Manger. Got another call back the following morning saying that maintence would come that day and did eventually. The leasing office has no care for the residents saying they are strictly there for leasing purposes. They charge you fees to pay rent. To use your card is a fee. Admin fee etc. Not a fan buy a house. After this lease I am gone. Oh maintenance has people on standby meaning if you get evicted and or storage units cleared out the second they leave cars pull up immediately to take other people belongings. They accidentally tossed everything out of my storage unit for my bussiness and I am still replacing missing equipment to this day.

We never authorized anyone to come into our apartment. Someone at the great Henn-Webb messed up so badly, that they put someone else’s name either on our lease or apartment. When I called to ask why someone was there, they told me this guys name and I said that I had no clue who that was. Upon further ‘investigation’ they see that This person doesn’t live in my apartment. So how do you screw up so badly that you send maintenance to a place that they don’t belong??? The worst apartment I’ve ever had to deal with.

We really enjoy living at Wintergreen. It’s a quite neighborhood, and in a great location. They have accommodations for people that are wheelchair bound, which is VERY hard to find. We have laundry on site, a small storage space included, and Maintence is top notch. Shout out to Mr Dewey, he is so friendly and helpful. Location is great, only about 10mins to Towson but we still have deer in our back yard. Our neighbors are also warm and welcoming. It’s really going well, and we hope to be here for years to come. Thanks for everything.

The issues that we had with our bathrooms , were handled in a timely manner. From start to finish the maintenance crew was on point and treated us with respect and kindness. By completing the work and afterwards cleaned up the mess that had occurred during the whole process. I am also please with the emergency call system who sent someone to help us when we needed help the most.Thank you

Came home on a Saturday night after work and when I entered the apartment at 11:30 there was water on the floor....was not ready for that...Quickly called the Emergency Maintenance Hotline and I had a support person on-site within 30 minutes. The person on site quickly identified the issue and took care of things. Service was exceptional.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Mice infested. my roommate and I have caught 11 rodents throughout our apartment with our purchased rodent traps. These mice are in our bedrooms, feces dropping throughout the apt. This place is not liveable. Pest control they send is useless and has not helped us at all. We have found feces in our food ( bags of flour and rice). They have no sense of urgency and do not care about their tenants.
