Maxine was incredibly patient and helpful. We had made an appointment. In the past, we had been frustrated by the service here at this branch. However this time we were very happy and satisfied.

The people who actually work there are nice, but it's chronically ridiculously understaffed so be prepared to stand in line. Why there's ever only one teller is beyond me.

Convenient location for a Bank of America since it's located in the middle of Woodmoor Shopping Center with several stores surrounding it. There's a back entrance that I prefer to use because of the larger parking lot available compared to the frontside. During closed hours, the entrance door requires your bank of america debit or credit to access the ATM inside. I believe there's 2 machines available for use. This location unfortunately doesn't have a drive-thru and it can get a bit sketchy late at night when trying to use the ATM. There's also cameras surrounding the entrance like most banks but it is a bit dimly lit at night.

This is another unique location I like Next to chipotles and across the street from the red maple restaurant . It has 6-8 teller windows , three management desks for helping those in need . It has a ATM on the outside But needs more added security . It needs to be serveillenced by police to prevent crime in that area . It has no drive through you have to walk in . The parking lot os a walk away from this location . The customer service is good and the atmosphere is inviting , welcoming , and friendly . But Like other banks Can I suggest they have doughnuts and coffee to make customers feel more at home there . Plus it has a deposit slip table in middle of the room too Even though it's in a small location . So come on down to Bank of America and get the most unique experience i hope some of you will not forget . They look forward to your next amazing adventure visit there .

I went in there today to cash a check. The line was long and there were only 2 people behind the counter counter. I was waiting in line at least 15 minutes and when it was my turn they were unable to process my cash for unknown reason and that was very unprofessional. If you are unable to process a check you HAVE to explain to the customer why you aren't able to process the check. They told me they cant process it for unknown reasons that was a bs. I think they didn't have enough cash or the person was too lazy to do her job.

No drive through. Just used the ATM in the rear vestibule. You need to slide your card to ge5 inside during non business hours.

If you ask them to do anything for business accounts and personal. You have to follow up, they will not do what they say they will until asked twice.

This branch is the best in the area. (Bank of America sucks in the DC area. ) They have parking, a nice interior, friendly staff, and offer a notary for customers. Problem is they can still be painfully slow and play annoying video commercials about BOA that you are forced to watch over and over again while you wait.
