This location is listed as an authorized FedEx ShipCenter, however, they require you to print your own labels in advance. So, if you are trying to return something, and you are given a QR code to scan at 'any' FedEx or UPS location, don't waste your time with this location, as they "Don't accept QR codes".

The owners are super, even helping to tape my boxes! Unlike the post office where they want you to buy shipping tape. They gave me pricing and delivery time options using USPS, UPS and FedEx. This is my go to for all shipping. Plus they have great greeting cards.

Livid. I’ve been here before but today was a waste of time. I brought in a real estate document where, as the seller, I needed my signature notarized. They proceeded to tell me only a real estate agent could notarize it (???) and all parties had to be present. Nonsense. I’ve done this several times before. Why be a notary if you don’t understand you are notarizing a SIGNATURE? Very frustrating.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there is no zero star. The lady at the store cheated us. She charged us $30 to notarize 4 papers. Their notary price was already expensive ($6 per document). But not only that, she overcharged us $6 more. We were kind of in hurry at the time, and we just paid and left.

Had a great experience here getting various documents notarized, copied, and sent domestically and abroad all in one place. Kamal was patient and calm throughout what could have been a stressful process (I hate paperwork). Highly recommend coming here to get your errands done quickly and move on with your day.

I don’t regret driving out of my way to get some documents notarized here. Ms. Kamal answered the phone with such great energy and answered all my question. Her service in person are even better! One stop shop - got my document notarized and sent it. &&& May I add all the fun things the place has, cute cards, little gifts and all.Thank you for such amazing service!I highly recommend this place & the services.

Worst service ever. I dropped off my package on Tuesday (10/05) and it never be sent to Usps. It's been more than a week. I stopped by the store and asked them. They said the Usps come to pick up every day. But it is still in MD now. They're lying. I read some comments that said they were in the same situation. The store lost the client’s package and no refund or damage compensation. It's horrible. People should beware of this store.

This is my local one stop shop. I’ve used several services including having documents notarized, packages packed and shipped, with options including usps, ups, and fedex and dhl. The ladies are always pleasant and work quickly to get me in and out.Highly recommend!
