Jose was courteous and professional and throughout the process. I had three estimates and the costs to repair my car by the other two body and collision repair shops was more than double than the estimate by the College Park Maaco, and they did an amazing job. “This review is specifically for the service associate Ronald and the mechanic David. I had been coming to this location on and off for years. Ronald was the first time I could recall where I had someone assist me who was exceptionally attentive. I needed repairs that would take a while and stayed on-site until finished. The other associate kindly gave me a quiet space to work on my laptop for meetings I had all morning, and another complimented me on how comfy and cute my scrubs were! Ronald was thorough, kept me up to speed on everything that was occurring with my car, and informed me on how long things could take. He would peek in on me to make sure all was well and asked if I could help the mechanic find what they needed for my tires inside my car so they wouldn’t have to dig through my glove compartment. That’s when I met David and got a full 360/top-to-bottom view of my vehicle & what was needing repairs. David was so knowledgeable, kind and patient to provide me with an educational moment. I know nothing about fixing cars really, and let me tell you I learned a lot from him that morning! At the end, Ronald made sure I had enough time for a quick wash, vacuum, & tire shine. He also offered me a delicious oatmeal cookie that I couldn’t resist! To the owners & managers, please treat (and compensate of course) Ronald and David very well as they are the reason why I would continue coming back for service! Literally 10/10 recommend! Customer service overall was on point and I greatly appreciated being well taken care of! Thanks again and see you next time.”
