I would like to start by giving Adenike a huge thank you!!! She step by step explained everything and was able to make getting my car problems fixed so easy. She communicated very well with me and the technician working on my car. She demonstrated excellent customer service and definitely went above and beyond. My car was even ready for me when I showed back up an hour before. Her personality was very welcoming and she was more than happy to help me.

I have been going to College Park Hyundai 3 years. I had to buy new tries because my tires were dry rotting. Mine you everytime l get a oil change l get my tires rotated. Was not done. Ask them to check my brakes stated do not need brakes. Today l had to replace front brakes and router's. Please do not take your car here. Not good people.

Once set an appt. Walked in and have them check up and tune up a vehicle. It taking forever than usually. We've seen some people walked in and out after my appt. They over charged me for the simple things which aren't necessary. Something fishy. So we decided to find some where else which is faster and quality services. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I brought my car to College Park Hyundai for an overheating issue, which should have been covered under warranty for diagnosis. Initially, they attempted to charge me for this until I contested it. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.Upon retrieving my car, I discovered that not only was my navigation system malfunctioning, but there were also oil smudges on my tan leather interior upholstery. Despite promptly reporting these issues, the response I received was far from satisfactory.When I returned to address these concerns, I was either provided with manufacturer contact details or offered a $200 diagnosis charge for problems that arose due to their service. Moreover, their attempt to clean the leather upholstery with a wet cloth only made it worse, contrary to proper leather care practices.I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and the manner in which these issues were handled. I will not be returning to College Park Hyundai and caution others to be wary of their services due to such unsatisfactory and disappointing experiences.Remember, being factual and objective while sharing your experience can be effective in conveying your disappointment to potential customers.

Last month, I purchased my car with Eddie and Chris, and I'm truly impressed with their outstanding service. From my initial inquiry about the car, Eddie provided exceptional customer service. Although the car wasn't in stock, he diligently gathered my preferences and tirelessly researched various dealers. He kept me informed daily about his progress. When he informed me that "my car was there waiting for me," I rushed to the dealer in the late evening, and Eddie greeted me with a warm smile. During the purchase, he patiently explained all the car features and the accompanying app. Chris excelled in the financing process, addressing all my questions with thoroughness and no rush. Despite leaving the dealer after 11 pm, the level of service left me feeling grateful and content. I highly recommend Eddie and Chris for an unparalleled customer experience.

I've been to this location numerous times and each time I went, the customer service experience has been AMAZING. The sale reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. Christian, Collins and the service department are great at what they do. I leave satisfied every time. My recent experience with Collins was quick and efficient. He was patient and wasn't pushy when I was deciding on my car trade in. I'm happy with my new car purchase!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Charles was very accommodating & caring. He took the time, sat with me explaining every feature! What it's purpose was & how to get to it. He went over every button in the car. Showing me bumper to bumper. I really appreciated his in depth information. Charles is a very good salesman who actually cares that you're satisfied with the car you choose. He also took the time to check in with me after to see how I am doing with the car & see if I had any other questions. Ike in finances is also very nice & helped me to get the most for what I wanted to spend. Definitely a valuable team over there!

The salesman Kola was very friendly and worked hard to secure the deal I was looking for. I met him on the test drive and when I decided to buy, I went back- and he came through. I almost walked because the sales manager was being a jerk trying to force me take it or leave it. I ended up agreeing because Kola was thorough and did the homework to help me see it was a good deal. The finance assistant Ike was also very helpful as I finalized the deal - and Kola has already stepped up to resolve two small details that came up after the sale. Other than the sales manager with his ham-handed tactics, everyone there was friendly and helpful.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. When you make the appointment to bring in your car for diagnostics, they warn that the car will need to be there for 5 to 7 business days or about a week. I kept putting off the appointment because that is a long time to be without a car to begin with and with no offer of a loaner car. I then spent money to get a rental for a week hoping that would get me by. It's now been two weeks and promises of having my car back "by the weekend" became "by Saturday" to now the apparently sole technician working on my car is not even in today to work on it. From the sounds of it, he did not even start working on it until Friday afternoon. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I dropped off my car, there was a woman hysterically crying and begging to get her car back. That should have been the first red flag of what was to come. And having read some of these reviews, I fear my issue will not even be properly fixed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Magnus and Nnadozie were not willing to negotiate price at all and in fact were laughing when my partner and I told them we knew the car was not worth the selling price. Nnadozie even admitted to raising the price of their vehicles in order to provide a "black friday sale". On TOP of that they ran my credit without my approval AFTER I had expressed that I was already pre approved. Very shady dealer, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I am horrified reading these reviews, as my car is currently being held hostage at this dealership. I only brought my car to a dealership because I was told the check engine issue would best be addressed by a dealership. I really wish I had read these reviews before I let them have my car. I should have known when there was a woman hysterically crying and begging to have her car back that this was not the place to come for service. I was told at drop off that my car would be serviced within 5-7 days. It has now been two weeks and tests only began to be run on the vehicle 11 days after I had dropped it off. At this point, I have already spent $300 to rent a car for one week because- despite apparently needing months to look at a car- they do not provide loaner cars. It has now been two weeks and I have been assured that the car would be ready on days that have passed by. I am aware thus far of at least $600 in charges for these two tests and the "labor" involved in running them. I am now terrified that they will continue to hold my vehicle hostage for weeks to come and that it may result in damage to my vehicle based on reviews I have read on Google and here on Yelp. I implore anyone reading these reviews to go literally anywhere else.

They don't inform you at any time that your diagnostic appointment doesn't mean you'll get your diagnosis at your appointment. When asked for the problem description they told me "well do you have time to leave your car here for 3 weeks". Uh, no, I don't? I got an appointment for today, not three weeks later. Also, if my car wouldn't be looked at for 3 weeks WHY would I have to leave it there for 3 weeks instead of being contacted? Very few people can just leave their car there without a loaner, that's completely ridiculous to expect customers to just be okay with doing.I decided to just get the recall fixed. They told me it would be pretty quick, so I waited, and it turned into 3 hours. When I asked about my car they told me that it had been done but I wasn't contacted because they got locked out of the computer to print my paperwork. I refused the paperwork and left with my vehicle, and then they called me back 2 hours later to tell me my vehicle (that I already had at home) was ready. So I would have waited for a total of 5 hours if I hadn't said anything. I was so upset leaving, I never want to come back here.
