Came to this spot 2 different times after-hours, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Check-in is quick and easy, and wait times have always been less than 15-20 minutes.Their PA Sam observed me both visits, and he is very knowledgeable and supportive.Will certainly come back as needed!

Got a PCR test done to check for COVID and RSV. They told me I would get results in 24 hours. It’s been nearly 72 hours and counting without any results.Don’t go here if you need fast results.

Didn't update their hours for thanksgiving on Google. Very frustrating to have arrived right after they closed. As an urgent care you have responsibility to ensure your hours are accurate.

The queuing system at this healthcare facility is disorganized. I observed one person who arrived later but got ahead in line. I had an 11am appointment, but was told that five people were ahead of me. The facility seems to overbook to maximize patient intake, which is inefficient for those in need of urgent care. Despite my brother's recommendation, I'm considering not returning due to poor communication. I've waited two days without any updates on when to expect my test results. I respect all healthcare professionals, the consultantation and evaluation was done by a nurse practioner and not a doctor. Please consider other options.

When you walk in there's a large thermometer with a sign that says you must take your temperature. It was not working and was covered in fingerprints, which of course I too had tried to touch. If it's no longer being used, then remove it. Inside, there are several signs about mask wearing, however there are no mask available for one to put on. Front desk employees don't even wear masks. Again, if it is no longer protocol, then remove the signs. After waiting nearly two hours on a "slow day" (which I overheard an employee say), I wasn't even treated for my condition and was prescribed the same medication I had been taking which had not been working. The following day I still felt miserable and had to seek care elsewhere. The physician was condescending to me and extremely condescending to the student workers training with him. He reprimanded them in front of me as if they were naughty little children and I witnessed it while I was in the lobby during my long wait- I could hear him scolding them from the examination area. I could also hear him clearing his throat often, snorting up mucus, and I could hear patrons and employees using the bathroom. The walls are incredibly thin and doors are often left open. Additionally, and most annoyingly, there is a loud alarm that goes off every few seconds. For someone who comes in ill, and has to sit for hours, this is not the place.

I was unsure at first but honestly this location is pretty good, if your in need of urgent care and unsure where to go this location is pretty great. ignore the negative reviews this place is alright with me. Oh and please be patient with staff and you’ll be just fine.

Update 5 years later: I’ve been here several times over the last five years and all good experiences. The doctor, Dr Samuel Cook, has been kind and patient with me every visit. Unknown to him, I have challenges with my memory and it meant a lot the way he treated me with respect and took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and write things down. The people at the front desk are always pleasant as well.—————Review from 2018:I went here because of the proximity to me and the reviews I saw here in google. I was very pleased with my visit here. The business was closing at 7 and I arrived around 6:30pm. It was very clean and I immediately noticed how nice it smelled. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't wait any longer than 5-10 minutes for anything or anyone, and I wasn't rushed. As a health care professional, I thought it was a nice facility. Everything in the patient room was literally spotless and all the supplies had labels and were neatly organized. The only thing that drove me crazy was the forms. Some were unnecesssry/unrelated to my visit and they had been photocopied a thousand times (pet peeve). Overall, great place.

I tell you the truth, had it not been for the great respectful team over even after been here over 4 times. I’d been lost not having the help this team does each and every time I show up ? hello Mr Watkins ( Scorpio ♏️ ) is what I’m known to say??♏️ ! Thanks for all y’all do for my family!

Terrible place and unprofessional. I was the first person there and it took 30-40 mins to see a doctor. The staff all talked and laughed while I waited. They seemed very judgemental and rude. I asked the doctor what was wrong and she couldn't give me a correct diagnosis but only gave me medication. Then I called them twice to ask to get my results emailed to me and never did. A year later they charge me the wrong amount due to them not properly putting in my insurance and said I had to pay 13x the amount of the original payment. I had asked if their would be a charge before seeing the doctor and the receptionist told me no my insurance covered the cost. They didn't correctly put in the right billing amount. I had to talk to someone outside of the company to understand the billing problem and found out I was over charged. I will never go there again

this place is a complete scam! i just received a bill in the mail from a service on 01/12/2022 for $776.84 for getting a COVID test done in their drive thru! i didn’t even walk into the building that day, and i didn’t request any faster results or anything. i just needed to be tested before going back to work because my boyfriend who i live with had covid at the time. absolutely ridiculous.

I've now been here to treat two different ailments. It really doesn't matter how good the back room staff are, the people at the desk uncommunicative, although not to each other. I have found that there are generally 3 or 4 people milling around the desk, but no one actually pays attention when a new person comes in, or tell you to sit, to sign.....Bizarrely, last week we went to the office in Berwyn Heights and were told it would be an hour wait (with just two others in the waiting room,), so we asked if they could call this clinic and see if they had a wait. We were told to head over to this office on Melbourne, but when we got there, we just sat. And sat. And sat. No information was given. After fifteen minutes, I asked what was happening - "all the rooms are filled in the back." When I actually saw the doctor, he was able to order all the test needed, the results which would be back within two days. This is in the midst of flu season, and he had prescribed both an anti-viral and antibiotic. It is now 6 days, and I have yet to receive information what virus I actually have, or don't have. At least in my follow-up, someone - LIsa - has taken on the responsibility of reporting to me and following through on the labs. I have rarely seen a front office staff less involved than this. This was not true the first time at the office, but it certainly is true now.

Staff was professional, efficient and prompt. I would definitely recommend this location for health care needs, especially COVID Testing.
