The Manager and people are really rude and don't try to ask them about anything. Manager himself is rude and doesn't even help in finding anything. He made me feel so pathetic that I had to refuse to buy the product. If someone from the pharmacy is reading this, you really require to understand in helping your clients. We are giving you business and your job is to treat us well.

Poor Product and Customer Service at CVS College Park
Review: Recently, I had an unfortunate experience at the CVS in College Park where I purchased an iPhone charger, including both a wall mount and wire, for a total of $37.08. Sadly, neither component worked.
When I sought assistance, the manager, John, was unhelpful and displayed a rude demeanor. This is not the level of service or quality one would expect from a reputed store. I am deeply disappointed and suggest considering other local options for your electronics needs.

Pharmacist really don't know anything or the store which is a shame because if you work in pharmacy you should know the aisles where medicine and pharmacy accessories are... Store associates stood around gossiping not working at all... But thanks to the one young man who was able to help...

As a regular customer, I feel compelled to share my experience with the CVS pharmacy in regards to their stock availability and customer service. While CVS is generally decent, it has consistently disappointed me with its lack of essential items for colds, daily life necessities, and groceries. One of the most frustrating aspects of shopping at CVS is their constant shortage of items needed for colds. It seems like every time I visit the store in search of common cold remedies, such as cough syrups or nasal decongestants, they are always out of stock. It's incredibly inconvenient to rely on a pharmacy that consistently fails to provide basic necessities for common illnesses. Furthermore, the stock issues at CVS extend beyond cold-related products. Daily life items that one would expect to find readily available, such as toiletries and household essentials, are frequently out of stock as well. It's disheartening and inconvenient to make a trip to CVS only to find empty shelves where the products I need should be. When it comes to groceries, CVS falls short once again. Their grocery section is often poorly stocked, leaving customers with limited options. It's frustrating to rely on CVS for groceries only to find that they don't have the items I need, forcing me to go elsewhere for my shopping needs. Adding to the disappointment is the indifferent attitude of the staff at CVS. It seems that the employees are not motivated to meet the customers' needs or provide exceptional service. Whenever I have asked for assistance or inquired about the availability of certain products, the staff members are often unhelpful and seem disinterested. Their lack of enthusiasm and willingness to assist customers is a significant letdown. In conclusion, while CVS pharmacy may be considered decent in some aspects, their consistent lack of stock for necessary items, both for colds and daily life, as well as groceries, is highly disappointing. Additionally, the indifferent attitude of the staff further exacerbates the frustration. As a customer, I expect a reliable stock of essential items and a staff that is attentive and eager to assist. Unfortunately, CVS falls short on both accounts.

Not super convenient and a self checkout is usually out of order. Drinks are just piled up in the corner.

I knew there was a reason as to why I avoided this location until now. The only reason I came here while it was downpouring was that it was open 24 hours and hopefully would have the items that I needed. The main reason that I try to avoid this location is simple for that, the location. It's in the midst of the university and they require you to pay in the parking lot, unless you wanted to chance it and run in with hopes that you won't get caught. I chanced it on this day, since it was downpouring. We ran inside and looked for what we needed. It took a moment to find what we needed and then we had to wait in the line to checkout. That took forever as they had the registers set to minimum. Ran out of the store to get back into my vehicle to figure out how to get out of the parking lot. Unless you go to U of M, I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs and go up the road in any direction.

Most of the time they don’t answer the phone but today they actually answered. They said they put my meds on hold (but never informed me) then he hung up on me

Why state that you’re open 24hrs and you’re not? That’s crazy misleading and a waste of time.
