They were quick to respond to emails/texts about setting up the appointment and pickup. My PC issues were fixed within 24-48 hours or so, and the staff were friendly. If something comes up again, I would go back to them :)

10Starz and then some! I needed to take my laptop out of S Mode so I could download apps outside of the Microsoft Store and I called up Dynamic Technical and got same day service!!….My Laptop was up and running within minutes the customer service @ Dynamic was astonishing!!!…I will definitely recommend this Entity!

I had an exceptional experience with Caliph who helped me solve a difficult (for me) situation. I don't know anything about computers, programs, etc. and he was extremely patient with me while I tried to follow his directions. He persisted until he solved the problem with extra steps that made access to the program much easier.He assessed and diagnosed some hardware issues and gave me advice as to what products to use. I will continue to consult with him in future.

Caliph was amazing while he helped recover 10+ years of photos and videos from a hard drive that stopped working. He was calm, which was especially comforting as I was panicking and highly emotional over the loss of so many memories. He was able to eventually recover all of my data and I am truly grateful for his expertise. But it was his demeanor and willingness to spend additional time reviewing the files he recovered to ensure that all my data was there. I highly recommend Dynamic Technical Solutions One.

I had a computer emergency out of the blue and I found DTS on Craigslist advertising that they could do remote Diagnostics which worked perfectly for me.
