Sign (and google) say they open at 9:00. Here at 9:05, no one is here, door is locked. This place can’t stick to its advertised hours.

Went there on Saturday at 2:30pm....signs say they close at 6pm and there is no one in the store and they are closed...this is not the first time as you never know when this location will be open

I have so many issues with FedEx. They close their stores earlier than the hours listed on the website and their front door. I came to pick up my package on Friday at 6:45pm and the store was closed. I came the next day, Saturday, at 1:30pm and the store was closed with no employees in sight. Do better FedEx. Change your hours if you don't have employees to manage your stores.

The clerk was super nice! The process was smooth and quick and the customer service was excellent. Will come back to this office next time I need a FedEx, for sure.

Stopped by to pick up a package , Great customer interaction from young man at register .Stephan I believe , if not something very similar , Immediately I was greeted at the door and was helped quickly and efficiently , while still holding light conversation . Great experience overall , people like him make any job /business flourish . Positive attitude .

I came to this location because of previous reviews. I live 15 minutes away and there are locations closer to me but I'm all about customer service. Went in this afternoon, greeted upon entry. Young lady Christina was very helpful. Transaction was smooth and I was on my way.

Came in to print and return an item to Amazon. Greeted at the door and Stephan even held the door since my package was so large. Excellent customer service. Would definitely come here again.

Literally ran in there last night, ten minutes before closing. The two associates where pleasant and professional. There were no hostilities because I came in so close to closing. They waited for me while I brought in my boxes, printed my labels and sent me home happy because I was able to ship my stuff that day. Just want to express my appreciation for great service.

When I say rude and lazy like come on the job is definitely not that hard and they have decent hours it’s not like you have to be there at 5/6am and you close at 7pm it’s really ashamed how lazy people are these day’s horrible service and I hope to never go to this location again and if I do happen to I hope they have new staff because this staff is really just not good 0 stars 2 thumbs down
