Laptop got surged, got a free consultation in an hour, and got it fixed in less than an hour for a fair price. Something I thought would be a week-long headache was fixed in a few hours, and everyone was super nice! Highly recommend :)

Do not come to this place. Bad place with bad service. Got my MacBook with water damage, brought it in for repair. They changed the Touch Bar while my track pad was not working after their professional repair. Took for whole month with a trash MacBook now. They are trying their best to sell me their MacBook every time. They went through credit card but not Zelle transfer so it cannot be dispute back. They said they were 'sending the laptop to Virginia headquarter to repair it' but it never left the store when I check my 'Find My'. Said the attached thing when I tried to figure it out. To be honest, they are friendly but just friendly. No matter what damage it is, they should take responsibility for all the action happened in their store, but not just saying it's not our fault.

John and his team took a very old computer of mine with some very valuable information and got it working again the same day I brought it in. They went above and beyond, and their prices were reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.
