Not everything was priced. It was very hard to figure out what you needed to make a complete product. Most displays needed 2 or more items to be a complete product

I got to try the meatballs for the first time ever and I have to admit I get the hype. Delicious food. Clean tables. I was able to get in, get the two items I needed, and get out in decent time. Love it

I absolutely HATE the layout. The signage is not helpful. The "shortcuts" aren't short. Very difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Will never come back!

You think ikea is a good idea, it's not. The upper floor is a maze, with poor exits. The items have doubled or trippled in price since my last visit and items are poor quality. Some "glass items" seem to be acrylic. I'm not sure I'll ever go back. I'd rather find used quality items than buy disposable ones.

Update: OK, things here are much improved. The buzz is back, crowds are back, and restaurant was fully open today (and clean). I thought the new self check-out machines would be horrible, but they are absolutely fine. All in all, we had a great experience today. They even had coffee and cinnamon rolls at the café near check-out. Good job IKEA.Oh man, what's happened to this Ikea? I was here recently and noted much of the store is closed off or shut down. The upstairs cafe had one person working the till on a Saturday afternoon with only one side of the kitchen open. Many Ikea furniture items were marked as unavailable, but luckily we were able to find what we needed so long as we were not picky on the color choice. After being checked out from a disgruntled worker, we thought, at least we could enjoy some nice cinnamon roles but, you guessed it, they were out of those plus Kalles Kaviar, plus many favorite market items. Also, we would have had to purchase any market items at the drink line as the other till was closed... on a Saturday afternoon mind you.The whole store generally looked unkempt and run down.I was here during the height of COVID and things were much better then, so I'm not sure if that's the reason.I hope they find a way to get the store cleaned up and fully operational again, as it's always been a family favorite.

This review is for the returns and exchange section of IKEA College Park. This place sucks. Waiting for more than one hour to return items. Rude agents, totally inefficient service and downright painful process. In fact things have worsened compared to the very poor service we experienced in 2022. It seems the management doesn’t give a hoot about the inconveniences they dish out.

Going to IKEA is like going on a field trip to an amusement park or a museum. 5% of the experience is buying what you need, the other 95% is walking through the store and looking at every set and design and then looking at the stuffed animals right before the cafeteria where you eat some Swedish meatballs. By that point, it is likely you forgot why you came to IKEA in the first place. You are immersed in a once-in-a-lifetime experience that changes the way you shop forever. I got the lamp I needed but they didn’t have any of the carpets I wanted. The cafeteria food was fun, but a good one-time thing. Overall, I’d say that everyone should go to an IKEA at least once in their lives.

Very easy to find things even with it being a labyrinth and all that. The signs and the arrows on the floor help a lot
