Make an appointment before you go. As a walk in, I had 5 other people go before me- some walk ins and some appointments. I was there for over an hour. The upside was the kind staff at reception and the wonderful lady who did the test.

Very unfriendly staff, very slow even when there is no one in the waiting room, it’s really hard to get in contact with them to get your results sent over to your doctor.

Staff is rude, completely unprofessional and off-putting. Wouldn’t trust working with them. If they hate their job then leave, this is not the field for them.
