Nicest phlebotomist. Great office. In and out very quickly. Quest as a company has a somewhat confusing check-in system, but the staff here does a great job helping the customers I saw having trouble with it. This is my go to testing place now.

In and out in 5 minutes, can't beat that! Took a minute to find it, it's on level M accessed from the middle of the building, far side from the road, M3 if I remember correctly.

Good staff. I enjoyed my technician. She was awesome. We spoke about everyday life situations and more. She was a joy. Thank you. This will be the only Quest I visit should I need to revisit for any reason. Just a visit full of me making jokes and laughing with her. She made the visit like meeting with friends or family. I wish I paid better attention to getting and hearing her name. She truly deserves her own recognition. Enjoyed joking with you on the varied topics(phone case nails baby hair and more) thanks for your information on knowing when my new job would receive the results as well.

I visited quest college park according to my appointment schedule , first main problem was there was only one staff member for the entire center and the kiosk isn’t working .More waiting period due to understaff and customer service is bad

Always professional, always pleasant and if you are not to needy, sometimes engaging. Check in is fairly efficient. The only drawback is that my provider care physician had not sent my lab orders as I had been advised.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff! Was previously sent here due to lanham location having system outages after driving over an hour with traffic for my appointment. I walked into this location and was greeted with a smile from the person that drew my blood. Didn’t get her name but she was very nice. Thank you beautiful queen for great service due to my nerves being all over the place and me not thinking I would be able to get seen before having to fly out for work.

My appt was at 2:00.. I arrived at 1:45.. The moment I came in the door, I checked in, sat down and waited.. No one was in the waiting area but Me. So I thought I'd be in and out.. Yet, No one came to greet me at all until I yelled out hello at 2:03. Then someone came and said they would be with me in a minute. . But I heard people in the back snickering and talking. since I arrived. That's very unprofessional for a job that you should be able to trust with something like handling your lab results.

I give one star because I can't give less, I brought my one-year-old baby and the nurse who didn't even want to give me his name hurt him and left his hand white and she couldn't do her job and draw the blood. hurting for several minutes do not bring your babies here they will hurt them 2/10/2024 They don't know how to work with children the nurse's name is supposed to be Tonya but they didn't want to give me the name from the beginning it's probably not her real name she was so aggressive and disgusting

They called ahead to let us know that they had closed for snow. Glad we didn’t go out for nothing.
