Just returned some bolt cutters and had to wait a bit but when she was finished that task. She knocked me right on out and no problems. Grateful for the experience.

It's so sad this Home Depot is one of the worst in the area you can never find anything here because it's very disorganized and on top of that management here is horrible half of the staff doesn't even wear uniform you can't even tell who works there or not and when I was there with my family I believe the assistant manger Sharon was rude and very unprofessional as well as the way she spoke to her employees

Very poorly managed. Rude employees, items not stocked as per the online information, long lines. Go to the store up the street in Silver Spring instead.

We drove from DC to come to this location because of Jim (in kitchen design). He took his time, explained our options, and provided us with the best service we've received in a Home Depot in ages! If you're looking for help with redesigning/designing your kitchen, make sure you go to Jim!

After moving in I needed to run to do a few things and one of those things included hitting up a hardware store. Luckily for me, this is right up the street and made for a very quick stop. We came in here to take a look at what was available in terms of what I needed. We didn't see what we wanted in store, but we were able to track down an employee and get some assistance. They were able to help us find the item we were looking for but we had to have it shipped to the store. That was fine as it was not an item that was needed right away.Came back later to pick it up when it was ready and had another fast interaction here. However, the last visit here was not a great experience. I came in looking for an item that I had just seen the week prior. They must of moved it or something. I was able to track down an employee and asked for some help. But this time it wasn't a great transaction. That employee straight out lied to me that they did not carry the item and then wouldn't even look in the system to see if they offered it. Which I knew they had because I had looked it up online, just didn't know where it was in store. Left me a little sour and ended up going elsewhere to purchase the item. I was exhausted with walking around the store.I can see why this store is right in the middle with rating as it is inconsistent with customer service. I will still come here as it is close to me, but I think I will do a little more research of the items I want before I come in here to figure out where it is in the store on my own.

Staffs are unhelpful , rude and disrespectful , 4 staffs have been standing around chatting and not doing anything , waited 10 mins at the key center , no one care to call anyone to help , finally one staff came with a poor attitude , The is by far the worst Home Depot I've ever been

I went to get linoleum September 4th. Kevin M and Kenny for the employees that were there. They were incredibly rude and condescending. Very argumentative and some of the least helpful employees that I have experienced in a long time. They also made us go pay before they cut the linoleum, which is not the policy of a different Home Depot that I have been to a week before hand. I will not go back to this Home Depot

I received an email and a call from Kelly Executive Escalation Support and she was amazing. She helped me with returning the refrig. and getting a new one. Her customer service could not have been any better. I love Home Depot and was so frustrated the other day but Kelly made it right and I am still a loyal customer. Thank you Kelly!!!

I was looking for tile for my bathroom shower and got lots of help from Donald Harris. He helped me with finding the tile I was looking for and helped me calculate how much of it was required within the measurements the shower. After I left the store, he came outside and chose to help me pack up the drywall in the car. His helpfulness made our experience at Home Depot so much easier and quicker.

I avoid Home Depot because of their politics and also I prefer my smaller home and garden center, where I can always find a friendly, helpful employee. But I have to give them credit for their garden center. The plants are always healthy looking and well taken care of. And everything is so well marked it's easy to find what you are looking for; perennials, annuals, herbs, etc. While Rich was waiting in line to pay for our plants I wandered into the store and immediately found a cute bird cage planter full of succulents that I added to our cart. Lines were long but cashiers kept them moving.

I always prefer this location although there's one much closer to me. They're friendly and helpful folks working here! Stopped by a few days ago for salt. With the real winter we've been having lately, might as well. I asked for help and I found what I needed right away. The store wasn't too busy. I went to the self checkout and was on my way!

Lady named "Karen" at the front was exactly what her name says. A Karen. Worst worker there. Rude for no reason won't even let you go to self check out when there's no line there. Never coming to this Home Depot again.

I've discovered the secret getting online lumber ordering at this store to actually work. Just have customer service print out your ticket and go pick it yourself as if you didn't preorder. I've placed a couple dozen large lumber orders in the last year, none of which have been picked in advance even though I got the notifications that the order was ready. Didn't matter if I went in the same day or 4 days later -- they don't pick lumber orders. Every time I've had to wait about an hour while they found someone to pick the order and for the order to actually get picked. Why do I preorder online? Extra 10% discount going thru the free shipping.com web portal. Saves me an additional $50-$100 each order.
