Good luck getting anyone on the phone (18 minutes wait time) or a notary public. They have no set schedule and will not inform you of their hours.

Inefficient and under trained staff. I was asked to come before 4 pm on any day to get my notary done. It is 3pm right now and they don't have staff to do a notary. When asked about the miscommunication, instead of apologizing, the staff member talks philosophy about life and death.
