The newest Wawa I have been to, and it feels like it took forever to build and open. I moved here and up to a few weeks ago, I feel like this place had been under construction for the whole time. Even though there is a location right up the street (currently under remodel) this location is technically in another community. They consider this to be located in College Park even though I think it lies outside the line. It is sandwiched between the IKEA and Holiday Inn Express. In order to get to it you need to go through the roundabout to get to it, or do an illegal turn with hope you won't be seen doing so. The lot is long and narrow. The pumps sit to the side of the building instead of in front. Parking for this place is a bit wonky and you can get blocked in several different ways. It's an odd lot to say the least. Inside it is you typical set up for a Wawa. Made to order food right in the middle, drinks to the right, and everything else to the left. I usually go in here to grab a sweet tea and I almost always disappointed by it. Their sweet tea is barely sweetened. What I have become accustomed to is to fill up the glass, take a sip to see how sweet it is. If it is basically unsweetened, I head over to the coffee station and load it up with sugar to get the sweet in my sweet tea. If I'm paying for it, I'm leaving with a sweet tea. Upon opening, they sent out mailers that gave you an amount off or a free item. I went here one night I didn't want to cook to get a free burger and to my luck, they were out of bread. How do you run out of bread. So I went bunless and had a burger salad if you will. Employees are usually pleasant, but have an off day every so often.

SAVE YOUR TIME - GO UP THE STREET TO BELTSVILLE! Look, we get that it’s new but it’s also SUB PAR. They’re Ice Nazis & won’t even invest in repairing the drink machine & they JUST opened! The Food Staff is heavily untrained - just stick with the Grab & Go items. The cashiers are the shining spot of this place…but that’s about it!

I tried to get the a breakfast burrito and they gave me a quesadilla. I got Cesar salad and the chicken taste like rubber. And today they did not have straws the whole

I recently visited the newly opened Wawa location, drawn by the buzz surrounding their grand opening. Wawa mailed some coupons, including one for a free burger. I decided to stop by to get the burger. The exterior of the store was hard to miss, with vibrant signs proudly announcing the grand opening and the offer of free celebratory coffee. Once inside, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the establishment.I went to the self ordering screen and ordered a bacon cheese burger. The staff was quick in fulfilling my order. Burger was really good. Additionally, I took advantage of the free coffee offer, which was a nice little bonus. The store was fully stocked and appeared to have a wide selection of items available. The strategic location of this Wawa, conveniently situated off the highway, makes it even more appealing. I left with a strong inclination to make this particular Wawa location a regular stop in my routine.

I mostly used to go to Wawa's to pick up warm food. Most Wawa's now don't have the cream cheese pretzels or anything. If I just want cheap drinks I'd go to 7-11. Not gonna wait 25 minutes for a McD quality sandwich.

The Wawa near Ikea offers a convenient pit stop for both travelers and locals. The friendly staff, diverse menu, and quick service make it a go-to spot for a variety of food and beverage options. Whether you’re in the mood for a freshly made hoagie, a cup of their famous coffee, or a quick snack, this Wawa location has you covered. Plus, its proximity to Ikea adds to its accessibility, making it a practical choice for a meal or a refueling break while running errands in the area.

Took my mom here at this newly opened location on their grand opening weekend. Store itself is pretty small , maybe quarter of the size of a normal wawa store. But impressive as it’s a new store.I Was there another day to try their caramel smoothie. I was pretty skeptical about how my smoothie gonna be since it’s a new store and pretty new staff. But to my surprise i had the best caramel smoothie from a wawa in a long time. Staff name ROXANA made that for me.Staffs were all looked pretty stiff & uptight and not friendly . We customers would like to see more friendly staffs.I would have given a 4 star had the staffs were little friendly towards the customers. both days i went i noticed the same attitude. but will be back for more and hopefully a much better friendly staffs…will be back … Gotta have a Wawa ✅

It's open, not so easy to see behind hotel, but good. Many staff are from the older store up the streeet they're renovating, know what they're doing and seem happy to be there. Signs on pump say pumpside delivery, haven't tried that.

Employees making the sandwiches had no idea what they were doing. Saw one employee throw out 3 batches of fries because he burned them 3 times in a row. Took 25 minutes for 4 employees to make a sandwich with 2 people in front of me.

I think this is a great place for a Wawa, walking distance from IKEA. The price I paid for gas was a penny more than Costco and I didn't have to wait in a long line. The grand opening offered free coffee, $1 drinks and $4 sandwiches. I cannot wait for Wawa to open up on my side of town.

It’s not even opened yet, still doing construction. Drove all the way here for no reason
