I’ve had consistently great experiences at the CVS Pharmacy located at 3611 Bladensburg Road. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. The pharmacists take time to answer questions and make sure prescriptions are filled accurately and on time. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, and I appreciate the convenience of their text updates.It’s clear the team here cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable pharmacy service and great customer care!

I need my medicine ( a very important one) and they had me wait three business days for it until now( still counting). Also they don’t respond to calls and they don’t check their voice call and they don’t call back!

I couldn't believe all the tubs that were stacked in the isles, blocking items on shelves, making it difficult to shop. Just about every aisle had tubs in them, some had more than others. This is very dangerous for both customers and employees. I won't be going back to this CVS again. This was 6:00 pm on a Friday 4/25/2025.

I came into this CVS to get digital passport photos for a renewal I’m doing online. I already had physical passport photos, but needed a digital version in JPEG or PDF format. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredibly disappointing.
I approached an associate for help and was met with an attitude like I was a bother. She passed me off to another associate who was, at that moment, purchasing snacks and soda at the register—while I stood there waiting without any greeting, direction, or acknowledgment. Eventually, she came over and very bluntly said, “We can do it now,” with no explanation of the process, no warmth, no effort to make the experience better.
I explained clearly that I only needed a digital version of my passport photo, and she seemed completely uninterested in helping. She walked over to the computer and asked if I had done something, even though no one had guided me to do anything at all. Then she casually said, “It’s not working. We can’t do it,” and that was that. No solution offered, no apology—nothing.
The lack of professionalism, training, and basic courtesy was honestly shocking. This kind of poor customer service is exactly why so many retail locations are losing business. Customers deserve to feel acknowledged and respected—especially when we’re spending our time and money. Extremely disappointed. This took place at 2:50pm on 4/17.

0900 for opening the pharmacy should be 0900. Not 0910. Not 0904. 0900. Also notoriously bad at greeting, thanking, acknowledging your presence. Just bad customer service. They get the prescriptions right at least.

That pharmacy tech CeeCee needs to be fired. Has a nasty attitude, is rude, and lazy. If she doesn’t like her job why is she working there. She needs some classes in customer service.

A truly excellent Manager, Anthony! Helped me to quickly sort out a complex issue with those darn self serve aisles. This gentleman promptly and considerately helped to refund me after a previous person probably attempted to steal from the store. I am really impressed and think he deserves some sort of appreciation by upper management for his customer service skills and knowledge of the computer system. Thanks!

One of the staff from cvs are very mean I mean very and also one time they accuse me and my brother shoplifting but we wasn’t we were trying to see a cologne brand and one of them started to say “don’t hide in your backpack and bag” we was not? And it made my brother get anxiety and emotional distress so please next time be nice and ask us if we was shoplifting because we wasn’t and we will never shoplift

I've worked with a lot of CVS's inVA, DC and MD I have found a few that have went out of there way to help me. Today it was Dr. Sob and his staff member Jennifer were excellent! They went out of there way to assist me. I appreciate great customer service and genuine medical care. Thanks!
