I don’t understand the Hate here.Whenever I need something, have a question, or have had an issue- The one time my account was overdrafted.They’ve quickly handled the issue and were pleasant to me.Janet is the Teller that usually helps me each time, she’s pleasant, straight to the point, and direct. Doesn’t give false information either.

They couldn't help her with wat she needed done so they wasn't much of a help I don't use a bank anyway I rather have cash instead of a banking account but an account is still good for if u wanna sell stuff on ebay or something like that

I, too, don’t know what all the negativity is for. I’ve never had a problem with the staff or with making any adjustments to my accounts. They have always been very kind and helpful. If there was ever something I didn’t know or understand I always asked and got my answer.

Not a friendly staff, fees are ridiculous, deposits are credited later from what the old checks state-even after telling them there's one in Maryland, & worst,..... you deposit a large sum of money and they look at you suspiciously, after telling them how you got it...legally like any blue collared worker. As soon as, another bank opens, we plan on doing business elsewhere. Unfortunately, it's the only bank that's easily accessible.

I find it a disappointment that I can deposit company money but I am charged to cash a check for company funds since I personally no longer have an m&t account. Horrible customer service!

Nice people, but Caution Small business owners, the underwriters do not,, at all, know how to read tax documents. Clearly, they do not understand the basic accounting between cash and accrual, nor deferred comp and loss carry forward. Beware, beware. And good luck getting phone calls back. One branch manager, in MD (NOT RS) has not called back in six weeks, after I walked in, and called twice. Don't worry, they will be asking for another bailout soon.

Parking is an issue sometimes. Otherwise... small town bank feel.
