I have had several packages from Amazon go through here- and for some reason, instead of going out for delivery, they get misplaced and delivered to other post offices further away. I then get to wait several days for them to be delivered correctly. How hard is it to put packages on the correct truck?

I'll say it, we all have a certain expectation when it comes to the post office. However, this was a revelation. The gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been more courteous and efficient in helping me, Even after I made a mistake. If you need to do any in person postal business, this is the place.

Customer Service is terrible and I don’t think they care. You ring the bell and nothing, you just wait. Didnt even acknowledge I was there, Very frustrating. use the one is Rising Sun, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!
