Don't waste your time, extremely unprofessional. They changed prescription duration from a year to 90 days without notification. Front desk is rude to the point I saw multiple arguments with different people while waiting.

Easy to find location, poor front desk staff member to direct you to use your device to register while she talks on video phone call for 20+ minutes. Clean facility with competent nurse practitioner. No printed receipt or aftercare directions from the receptionist. Go around the corner to UM!

Watch out for their sneaky charges - $54 for a weekend appointment - and they don't tell you before your visit. It should be disclosed at the time of appointment, or at least at check-in. They can tell you the copay so why not tell me that this visit costs extra? Do NOT put a payment method on file since they will just charge you and keep it moving.

On my first visit @ AllCare8205 Snowden River Pkwy, Columbia, MD 21045 which was Scheduled and confirmed online, I arrived at the office on the appointment date but unfortunately the lady at the front desk told me that it was cancelled as the Doctor couldn't come. I wasn't made aware in advance and the lady didn't even cared about it or even tries to apologize .I rescheduled my appointment online and went back again. Found the same lady at the front desk. Her approach is totally the worst and was doing her own staff while she was talking to me. Fortunately, the physician was excellent and made me to forgot what has happened at the front desk.Then the doctor told me to come back another day for blood work at the laboratory . Politely asked the same lady to book me for it and she replied I don't need to do that without even letting me finish my question, I had to be patient this time too.I went back a couple of days later. Unlucky me, found the same person. The office was open and also the staff at the lab was still there but the lady said I came late and also had to book for the blood work. Told her she is the one who said I don't need to. After a lot of unfruitful conversation i asked her to make an appointment for next available time, she replied saying she couldnt do that for me without any empathy. She treated me impolitely neither willing to help on anything .I have never seen such a worst and unprofessional customer service ever with a wrong attitude specially for the place. Patients are there to get help as soon as possible , no one needs to stay with pain with unfair reasons .All my experience was unpleasant , and will never go again ofcourse.

I recently visited the office in Columbia and was appalled by the receptionist's behavior. She was incredibly rude and condescending from the moment I walked in. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, making me feel like a burden for simply being there. When I politely asked for her name so that I could file a complaint, she refused to give it to me! Even another stuff member who had come out from the back, refused to identify the recipient. I was told to leave my details and Ty would contact me, I am not surprised that no one ever called me.It's clear that this office needs to work on their customer service skills and hold their staff accountable for their behavior. I would think twice before returning to this office again."

They were very rude to my husband and wouldn’t assist him today. He asked simply to speak to his doctor to fill a form and they refused. They also refused to give their name or to let him speak to a manager. I hope they were not being racist but I don’t know. Very disturbed by this and won’t go again.
