I purchased a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid from Apple Ford. Had a smooth and seamless purchasing experience with Victor. He was kind, sincere, and seemed to care about our satisfaction. During our test drive, Victor, my husband, and I noticed a significant wind noise on the driver's side. Victor had the service department check the seal on the door and they re-seated it hoping that that would take care of the problem. Victor assured us that if it didn't solve the problem, no worries, we had a "bumper to bumper" warranty on the vehicle for 90 days. We understood that this warranty would exclude wearable items like tires, belts, hoses, brakes, and the like. A few days later I went to a local dealership to get the wind problem looked at. The service manager there wanted to be certain that the warranty would cover the work so we reached out to Apple Ford and were told by John, one of the used car managers that it would not be covered but that they would cover the cost of the Apple CarPlay update that also needed to be done to my vehicle. Although I appreciated them covering the software update, it didn't solve the problem that I went in for and I felt like they should have offered to take a look at it to see if they could solve it. John was unwilling to work with me on that. I left a message with Ned, the GM who had John call me back. Still I got nowhere. I called Ned again and informed him of my dissatisfaction due to the fact that this was a known problem before I purchased the car and I had only had it for three weeks and was trying to get it resolved. Thankfully, he put me in touch with Curtis Ford, the Service Manager. From my very first interaction with Curtis, I could tell that I was in much better hands. Someone actually CARED about this problem. He insisted that I bring the car in for him to take a look at, which I was more than happy to do and had hoped that John or Ned would have offered that to me in previous exchanges. A few days later, I brought it in and Curtis spent the next several hours working with me one on one to try to diagnose the problem. We drove all over Columbia while he taped up different parts of my car, taking it to his glass installer, and just working exceptionally hard to find out what the problem was. We finally figured out what the problem was and took it back to the service department where Andy, another manager, I believe, worked tirelessly and creatively to try to solve the problem after which Curtis got in the car again and drove it to see how the noise problem was. Although it was not completely resolved, at this point, I didn't care. Curtis and his team demonstrated such genuine care and concern for my satisfaction. Curtis was so warm, kind, determined, and patient. Apple Ford is fortunate to have him and Andy on their team--people who care about satisfaction AFTER the sale!!! I could not be more pleased. The only reason I'm not giving FIVE STARS is because I had to work way too hard to get the satisfaction that I finally got with Curtis and Andy. John should have offered to let me bring the car back right away and have them take care of it instead of giving me the runaround. Curtis and Andy get TEN STARS as far as I'm concerned!! Thank you so very much!

Came to the quick lane for an oil change. Angie greeted me so warmly and got me out as fast as possible even through her being swapped in paperwork. She moved with efficiency and a smile on her face.

Shady service reps.Amir is a thief,scammer and a fraud and needs to be fired.something needs to be done about those service reps asap

I bought my vehicle from Apple Ford fairly recently and it is already having major problems. I called them to make an appointment to get the vehicle serviced and had to wait weeks for the next available appointment. I took the vehicle in days early and expected for them to call me once they started looking at the vehicle on the day of my appointment but I had to call them and ask for an update. When I came in to pick the vehicle up after being serviced, they gave me very little information on what they did and when I got in the vehicle I noticed that it had been driven well over 30 miles when the service provider said they drove "under 20 miles" and that there was trash left throughout the car as if they drove it to go on a food run. Not only was this experience bad enough but the vehicle is still having the same problems that it had before it was "serviced."

This is an edited review because my original salesman did not deserve the praise I gave him. This 5 star review is for Shay in finance. Typically the finance part of the car buying process is the hardest for me. Shay took his time and explained every single document and made sure I understood everything I signed for. I walked away feeling extremely confident that I made the right purchase and didn’t have any remorse for the warranty I purchased. Shay even followed up a month after my purchase the make sure I had a digital copy of all of my signed forms. Also, David Fromayan did an excellent job fulfilling a promise originally made by another sales person.

Took my Ford Ranger into Apple Ford to resolve recall notices. My service rep, Les, was very courteous, explained what was going to happen, how long it would take, and that it would be free of charge. In less than the time estimated, the work was complete and received my pickup with no charge or upsell of additional items. I’m not a fan of most dealership repair shops, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Thanks Les!!

Apple Ford Service Center is top notch. Everyone is professional and strives for customer satisfaction. I appreciate how Lou, the manager of the commercial vehicle service department, listened to my requests, and worked to get our van serviced and back on the road in next to no time.Thank you Apple Ford!

4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Be prepared to wait a very long time if you utilize the “quick lane” service. They failed to reset the engine oil life in the vehicle and were way off on the tires PSI 3-4 PSI off on each tire. Not very professional in my opinion. These photos were taken after my vehicle was “serviced” very disappointing to say the least

At apple Ford, the service received from the mechanics working on my vehicle was good. The problem is with the experience in the service center. It's like walking into mass confusion. Nobody greets us, and it's not uncommon to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged as existing. Sabrina (Service Advisor?) has been particularly difficult to deal with, especially on our last 2 visits. On visit one, she was reclined in her chair, feet up, have a personal conversation with a male technician. She didn't acknowledge or offer assistance, even after I asked where we go for help, after about 10 minutes. On visit 2, she attempted to charge us for work covered under the warranty, only stopping when another employee corrected her indicating it was covered under warranty. She only then said ok, nothing due. No apology or anything. This individual is unprofessional and rude, and Apple Ford should take note and address as appropriate.

Took my Escape in because it was "coughing" real bad and I managed to get a service scheduled online. On the day of the drop off, the Service Manager, Moe is very knowledgeable and professional. He communicated clearly of the issue and gave me a good estimation of the service. He wasn't pushy nor pressured me like some other establishment I've been to before, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Glad I brought my vehicle in for the service and now everything is smooth sailing. Definitely will bring my vehicle back for services in the future!

I called Apple Ford in a panic when I was far from home and my Check Engine light came on. Curtis, the Service Manager at Apple Ford, was so generous with his time and offered to take my car for a drive to assess if it was ok to make it home, despite having a packed service schedule. We test drove it for some time, he checked my tires and alignment, and he ran a VIN scanner report to find out why the light was on. He sent me the report to reference and sent me on my way knowing that it would be safe to drive. He was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. It’s comforting to know he has a service station along my daily route. I could not recommend Apple Ford enough! Thank you, Curtis!!

When buying a car, the experience matters. Shay, the financial manager, who worked with us, truly gave us a great personal experience with information about finances and warranties and without applying pressure giving an aggressive sales pitch. Shay listened and answered all of our questions with clear direct answers. I appreciated his genuine and friendly approach. He truly made the difference in our car buying experience!

I had a great experience here with the Apple Ford team when recently purchasing my new mustang. Everyone was extremely friendly and I didn't feel I was being pressured to buy anything extra which is very nice. My sales rep Joon was great to work with, highly recommended.

I recently required service for my Ford when my check engine light came on. The first dealership I contacted said it would be two weeks, the second 6 weeks before they could get me in. Apple Ford gave me an appointment the next day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a day. Plus, they washed my car when the service was completed. Great service by great people.
