Update to my June 24, 2025 Review: -Permanent plates received -Home charging kit received The Ford Power Promise, promises to pay for home install. Short of paying out of pocket for home charging install, in early Jul 2025 Neville said they submitted a ticket to HQ for a check that will cover the install price. On Jul 3, I was told Ford would send us a check for the amount of home charger install. On Jul 9, he said they were waiting for the checks to come in. On Jul 24, followed up on the funds so we can complete install. He responded saying he will follow up with Scott Rippey (GSM) On July 25, he told me they submitted all documentation and now just waiting. On Aug 1, I followed up again to see if there was someone we can call and ask- no response. As of Aug 11, still pending a response. We purchased in April 2025 and 4 months later, still cannot completely enjoy our vehicle hassle free. :(

Purchased a car from them (mind you I live out of state). I received the car (an expensive one at that, and used!) in terrible condition! Dirty from previous owners, food stains pet hair etc! AND even after being told that it would be detailed! I despise people/companies who take advantage. (They did send me $300 to get a detail after my many calls, and yet $300 did not cover!)

When I called Apple Ford to reach the service department, an AI assistant answered and asked several questions that were supposed to determine why I was calling. The AI assistant was completely clueless about how to help, and transferred me to the service department. My call was instantly cut off. This happened three times. Awful customer service.

Update. Just discovered that I was mislead even more. So I received a mailer from Ford offering extended warranty coverage. Well, I wonder why am I receiving such, since I was told by the dealer that I got good at any Ford Dealer Ford Lifetime PowerTrain, and I purchased a good at any dealer Ford Bumper to Bumper unlimited months 150,000 warranty. I contacted Ford to find out that I don't have either with them. So I discovered after talking to the Ford HQ rep: the Apple Ford offers a lifetime powertrain warranty with their new sales. The way they talk about it, it sounds like it is a Ford Lifetime powertrain warrany--it's NOT. Furthermore, the plan requires you to register on another website..that doesn't work, won't let you register, and requests that you submit documents via certified mail to some California address, but it doesn't say what documents to send. The website is worthless. I have tried to reach someone and left message, but Apple Ford won't answer their phones. Now this is a product that they didn't "charge me" for...but was included in their pricing, so I feel I am limited on what I can do...HOWEVER I am very perturbed that I was sold an extended warranty that was verbally said a Ford extended warranty...because I asked. We purchased this vehicle from out of state. So many issues after the sale...that we were flat out lied to regarding what was included with the truck and the warranty. PS..if you call the number that "Brent D says to call and ask for him....no one knows him.

I purchased a used vehicle here several months ago and it came with their Customer for Life program. It includes a list of services like oil changes and tire rotations. Since it was free a brought my vehicle in for both. Unfortunately the service is only for the quick lane option so you can't make an appointment in advance. I got in today around 0900 am and they said it was running about a hour and a half to two hours to be completed. I didn't have anything going on so I didn't mind waiting. The waiting area had several comfortable seats, a TV, and free coffee. The only option for food was vending machines. In this day the car wash was out of service so I wan not able to take advance of that option. After two hours I was still waiting. Over all it was ok. I do prefer a place that takes appointments so I don't have to dedicate an entire day. I will Ronald Only use them for the free service.

I had bought my original Ford at another dealer who was terrible at service. So I switched to Apple Ford, Apple Ford takes excellent care of me so much so that I bought my NEW Ford from here and I love my new car so much! Thanks Apple Ford and James my sales guy! Y'all rock!!

Typical car dealership. I drove 3 hours to get here, told them I will buy the truck at asking price. 4 hours later after arguing over BS fees and a finance guy who I had to tell 17 times no to extended warranty, I had my truck. People are tired of being lied to. Car dealerships are a thing of the past because of Apple Ford.

Same crap that has been on here for years. Buy a brand new vehicle and the service package and get garbage service in return. Service manager is always too busy to talk to someone, so they punt to underlings who are clueless. My car sat for 45 min without them touching it for a scheduled service that was on the books for 2 weeks. I paid through the nose for the premium maintenance package and it has only been good for oil changes thus far. Im sending these idiots a bill for my lost time. They need to start paying people for lost time! Avoid APPLE. They are rotten. Pun intended.

I wanted to leave a review to warn people not to take anything that either Justin King or Chris Bailey say on the phone or in writing in an email for granted. We negotiated a deal to purchase a truck. We are not local so we scheduled a time to come pick it up, secured a cashiers check for the purchase price and confirmed an appointment the next morning to purchase and pick up the truck. 15 minutes before getting in the car to come purchase the vehicle, we were told they sold the truck from under us. We had offered to sign a bill of sale, hold the truck with a credit card, etc and were told that was not necessary. They are liars and not to be trusted.

This dealership does not honor agreements, despite order and deposits. Take your business elsewhere. After ordering a truck at one price and placing a deposit, the dealership decided to increase the price by $8,000 on the date of delivery.
