I had the bad luck of losing my phone at a concert and needed a replacement. Xavier at AT&T in Columbia Mall was extremely helpful in setting me up with a new iPhone 14 and made it as smooth a transition as possible from the old phone to my new phone. His customer service was unmatched and reminded me why I keep my business with AT&T. Thanks again!

Iffin' you're in the area, and iffin' you need a phone, and iffin' you are with (or want to go with) AT&T, my sister and I highly recommend you find your way to KEVIN!
While everyone I've worked with at the store has been helpful, knowledgable and nice -- and, alas, I have had to be at that store quite a bit in the last couple weeks -- Kevin was so mission-focused with helping us find the best deal, the best options and the best everything for our individual needs and family-plan value.
Kevin, Kevin, Kevin. He'll help you. (Apparently he speaks fluent Japanese, too, if that helps at all.)
On a side note, I was rather under-counseled at the Columbia Apple store and was specifically led to more expensive options when AT&T had better choices that worked more-than-fine for my needs.

Axel Myers did a great job of meeting me right away, and professionally addressing my concerns.
Now I might actually sign a new 3 year contract with ATT when my current contract expires.
I was so impressed that I asked for, and received his business card so that I can add a new line quite soon!

It comes down to people, and the person who helped us, TERENCE, was an exemplary representative for AT&T at the Columbia Town Center. I lost my phone and was needing help with a claim as well as porting over information from that lost phone to a new/temporary one. TERENCE wouldn't take failure or defeat as an answer. Kept looking for a new, better solution. He never got rattled, stayed in Classy Professional mode for the 2+ hours we spent with him.
My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with his effort AND demeanor and appreciate all that he & AT&T did to help us with our lost phone issue.

The Service I was given by Akile was phenomenal and very quick. He was really knowledgeable and even happened to have personal experience that helped me make a decision for my new phone! Not only was the service incredible in store with Akile, but the phone that I ordered to be delivered came within about 26 hours which is very impressive. All in all, I was very satisfied with my visit on the 28th. I've visited this location before, and I've seen the way Akile interacts with other customers. I know that the same effort and care he gave to me, is the same effort and care that he has given to many others. This gentleman man has amazing customer service and people skills. I'm a retail manager myself and I was very impressed, people like Akile are rare these days, and I genuinely hope that his brilliance does not go unnoticed!! :)

I went in to see if there was anything I could do to get my bill lowered. Axel was "the man" and dug deep to find a few ways I could save. Axel was friendly, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I was told by the sales person that if I bought an Apple Watch 9 series I'd get an SE free. I asked him if it applied to the 44mm size SE too and he said yes. I was never given any terms and conditions to read or check I agree with and when I saw the receipt it shows a charge for the bigger size. He never said anything and never was I given fine print to read. He also never took the watch out of the box or offered to set it up. He said I do it all at home. So he lied and didn't tell me anything or help me with set up at all.
