My mother and I were both assisted by Aletha. She is fantastic! She skillfully gave us both a thorough hair and scalp analysis and recommended techniques and products for our unique needs. I would absolutely recommend consulting with Aletha if you visit this location. I look forward to visiting here again!

Aveda, oh, if you've not been to the store, you've missed out on an experience! All the natural scents blend together, and it smells wonderful🥰! The store in the Columbia Mall in Maryland is a delightful experience! The staff is professional, polite, and eager to answer your questions. Oh, if you open, they can do a simple but quick facial!! Do it, to experience the products and the ambiance of the beautiful staff at this store! It's worth it 🤩

I was assisted by Aletha who was very patient and kind. She listened to my concerns and offered me a mini facial and analyzed my skin, I was really happy that the skincare products that she used really improved my skin. I had damaged and irritated skin that improved over the course of a few days and still is improving. I am so happy that I trusted Aletha to help me. She was amazing! I will be stopping back in again. I love this place.

We had been driving around Baltimore for hours trying to find a product and it was right around closing time that we called and found out that they had our product in stock. We called and Ishika stayed back after closing to make sure that we got it. She was so very patient with us and made sure we were good to go. She was an ability life saver and went above and beyond for people she owed nothing to! This store is so very lucky to have her.

I have been an Aveda customer for many years. I love the product bc it is so gentle but still effective. I also love that they are non animal testing and environmentally friendly and conscious. My review today though is mainly to state how well I have been treated by the staff at this store. I am a transfer customer from Towson bc that store recently closed. I've never been to Columbia store bc it's not near to me but have ordered twice now where I've had products shipped. Stephanie took my recent order and was so pleasant and helpful. When my box arrived today it had samples in with my products and a sweet tk you card for being a loyal customer. How nice!

There is something going on at the Towson Town center Aveda store. Previous visits always had really knowledgeable staff and really great service. I used to be able to come in at slack times and get a healthy herbal tea and even a neck massage. All this and good products along with good advice on which products suited me kept me coming back in spite of some high prices. Then last birthday visit in March I saw a change.The two women offered no services and didn't seem to know the products. Then I needed refills of a few products.(I depend on thé Be Curly hair product and their eye cream.) I went to the mall at 3pm on a weekday and the store was closed. I had called and no answer. I asked an employee at the candy store two doors down. They didn't know. I called again two days later at 11am and a woman answered unprofessionally, so I had to ask if I had reached the store. Since she said it was open, I went and found one woman working there. She was on a personal call when I came in and took a bit to acknowledge me and then read jar directions to answer a question. She was friendly but hardly aware. Is Aveda committing suicide?

Great experience with Donna at Aveda in Columbia Mall! Donna has worked in beauty industry for many years and is VERY knowledgeable. Aveda discontinued my favorite face powder :( (@Aveda please bring it back). Donna was able to not only recommend a comparable brand but even suggested what worked better for my skin tone. Thank you Donna for providing such a wonderful experience.

I went to this store for a facial and Destiny did an amazing job and even incorporated other techniques from different schools of thought it was just amazing. I highly recommend it and it's free. their products are outstanding and all natural. AMAZING!!
