Books-A-Million in Columbia is a neat and organized bookstore located inside the mall. It offers a largely decent and expansive selection for everyone, with everything from bestsellers to unique category shops. The collection includes books of all genres, fiction and nonfiction, adults and kids books, magazines, manga, sci-fi, and rarer books. It also sells other gift merchandise, toys, collectibles, board games, and card games. The store has a nice and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and maintain a calm, professional demeanor, doing all they can to help customers. While some items may be unavailable and need to be ordered, it is fairly well stocked for a mall book store and is a destination for knowledge and entertainment.
Employee was very helpful when asked about a book. He walked right to where it was and pulled it for me. And yes, I had walked past it about 3 times, lol.
