I always have a great experience at this location. Staff is always friendly and often make recommendations based on our interests. The store is always clean and well stocked and their clearance section is a hidden gem! Thank you Box Lunch for enabling my Loungefly addiction ?❤️

Anime fans ... such a cute shop. They have merchants for many cute Japanese anime movies & shows. Quality merch , price kinda on the high side, but they always have some kind of sals foing. service was great.

I love the variety of items here. From shirts, to bags, to trinkets...there is something for most here. There is almost always some kind of sale going on which is nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My daughter's love this store me not so much because they want to spend spend spend lol.They do have so many nice things that I have been able to get for my kids rooms. Three kids rooms are some times hard to decorate especially because their teens and they like what they like Anime, Harry Potter, you name it Box lunch is like a one stop shop.

Great store selection! Lots to choose from. I'm a Disney n*** so this is my go to for loungefly and merch. The online site to store shipping is terrible though.

Just your run the mill "Trendy" Pop store. Anime , Star wars, Harry Potter and other Hollywood wood movie Merchandise. Nice store, good staff but nothing Extraordinary. It's just an okay place.

Staff was friendly but most shirts have limited sizes, usually extra small. Asked about an item I ordered online over 2 weeks ago, that said in store delivery 3-8 days but the said probably Monday. Didn't seem very concerned.
