Paid nearly $2000 for an alternator and battery to be replaced (which seems extraordinarily high as it is), only to have the car break down with the same symptoms two days later. I'm avoiding repair at this shop from now on.

3rd time have I been here and gas pump is broken, different one each time.
First time took almost a minute per gallon to fill up.
2nd time didn't stop filling and overflowed onto the side of the car and floor.
3rd time the pump kep saying my tank eas full when ut clearly was missing 4 whole gallons left according to the next gas station I went to.

Open 24 hours on the store and the internet yet the guy in the store is asking everybody to wait 5 more minutes saying it’s closing time yet the people waiting are saying they’ve been waiting for him for 20 + minutes. Happens every night

I took my Tahoe in for repairs. The GM dealership tried to charge an outrageous price. I took my truck here at the BP gas station and Mr. Jimmy and his wonderful staff did an excellent job repairing my 2015 Tahoe. The repair cost was way less and the service was excellent! I am so pleased that I found this place and looking forward to being a lifetime customer! Great job keep up the good work.
