We came this past Sunday for the first time to bring our kids in to build their own stuffed animals. We were immediately greeted by Michele who made us feel right at home. We loved how personable she was with our kids, how informative she was about the whole process from start to finish, and how easy she made everything. The store was busy, and she was literally treating everyone the same as she treated us which was very impressive. I was also impressed with her ability to hop around and tend to everyone with a smile, positive attitude, and patience. She truly provided a high level of exceptional customer service that you really don't see in retail anymore. I got the impression that she truly cared about her job and the customers she works with, a testament to the Build-A-Bear brand. I did call the store to share this feedback, but I wanted to share it on here as well. Thanks!

My daughter and I took my granddaughter here for her first birthday yesterday . It was amazing your associate Ashley was very busy but she took the time to make every kid feel special . From start to finish she rocked it ! Thank you for sharing this special day with us ❤️

Michelle refused my return due to me NOT have the paper receipt . I have an electronic receipt . I have called customer service and they located the return and asked me to go back . This is a big inconvenience . I made this purchase on May 16th and would like to return it before the time frame . Michelle is a PRIME example of HORRIBLE HOSTILE STORE EMPLOYEE . I will NEVER purchase anything from this company .

I am saddened and felt lied to by staff. The first person, very friendly, told me Chococat was still available online and I could get free shipping to the store. The person at the register went to put my order in, and informed me they could not place the order, but I could still get one from the website but I would have to pay for shipping. They even told me how to choose to have it stuffed or unstuffed in case I wanted to come in to get the experience. Turns out they have been sold out for weeks. They are only available on EBay for 3-4 times the original price. I wish they had just told me this instead of getting my hopes up that they were still available.
