I would highly recommend, they did a wonderful job on my car, it was delivered almost 2 weeks earlier than promised with a savings of 1.5k The original quote. They kept me informed throughout the process and RICO was fabulous to work with.

My wife was in an accident and Caliber Collision was one of the body shops in my insurance company's network. A friend also highly recommended Caliber. The Caliber staff were extremely friendly and explained processes very well. They worked very well with my insurance company and the estimate & claims process was painless. All the Caliber folks were great but special shout out to Natalia - she was super helpful.
The Caliber folks were able to complete significant repairs (over $4000) extremely quickly (in about a week). Their work was excellent and we can't even tell the car was in an accident. They also gave an amazing cleaning to my wife's car that rivaled professional details we've had in the past.
Friendly, fast and skilled...so happy we decided on Caliber Collision in Columbia!

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident. My first visit didn’t go well — the spoiler still had deep scratches, the bumper didn’t fit flush with the car, and there were new scratches and overspray of topcoat around the vehicle. Natalia, the service advisor, called me personally to arrange for the car to be brought back in to fix these issues. She was very communicative and helpful throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
On the second visit, they did improve several areas — the bumper now fits much better and looks more professional, and the car was returned much cleaner than before. However, some of the deep scratches on the spoiler are still visible, and I can still find overspray on parts of the car that seem to have been missed again.
Overall, I appreciate Natalia’s excellent communication and the effort to correct the issues, but I would have preferred that the job was done correctly the first time. Would I recommend this location to a friend? Probably not.

After a rear end collision I found myself stressed and struggling to find a repair shop before finding Caliber Collision. Once here, Natalia provided amazing care and service with my vehicle from drop off to pick up. My car was ready faster than expected and looks basically brand new inside and out! Natalia answered all questions professionally as well as communicated with me throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at Caliber Collision! Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the front desk customer service representatives. Once I registered everyone quickly made sure I met my assigned Mechanic who introduced himself as Sam. After a tour of the damage done to my automobile I was given an approximate date of completion for the repairs. After leaving the shop I was given frequent updates about progression of repairs and days to completion. When I picked up my car I was very pleased with its improved appearance (looked showroom clean inside and out) and its performance. After a few minor adjustments were made I was completely satisfied. Sam was very patient and addressed each concern I had and took the time to make everything right with my automobile. Thank you Sam! This was my second time using Caliber Collision. I’d like to add that the Mechanic, Rico did a fantastic job for my automobile at that time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to get the job done COMPLETELY Right!

Since my last review just so happened to disappear… I keep $10 in my car hidden underneath my dash at all times for emergencies (the $10 has sat there for a year plus). Knowing I was leaving that cash in the car, I took a picture of it before I dropped my car off. Upon receiving my car a week later I checked and saw that the $10 was replaced with a one dollar bill. Luckily, they were smart enough to replace the bill but not smart enough to realize that some people actually keep tabs of that stuff. It is just $10 so I tried just to let them know rather than make a big deal about it… however, it’s the principle of it and the response to email was dismissive and made no sense. In my last review, I said the repairs were good and the staff were nice. However while the staff part remains for front desk, I will attach the picture of what I noticed the bubbling underneath the pinstripes.
