They do a good job caring for my dog as far as I can tell and they take good notes for care and recognize my dog when I bring him in

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Please do not bring your dog here. I scheduled my pup for an ‘interview’ and brought her in. I didn’t even see what was going on. I trusted what the gentleman said and left her there. There’s a white dog that bullied my dog, then she was constantly humped by a brown dog. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable was on Saturday while my dog came for the day I watched her on their cameras and the young man with glasses and khaki pants that was picking little dogs up by their collars and dropping them. He proceeded to go up to dogs that were standing with another dog and would shove them to the ground and would pick other dogs up by their neck or collars. I can’t believe this company allows this to go on. I will never refer anybody to this facility and I think whomever is running this place should rethink their hiring practices.

My dog, yorkshire terrier, visited this Camp Bow Wow once, because we were in Baltimore for a funeral. I think that he enjoyed himself.

From beginning to end a wonderful experience. We’ve moved around and have had four groomers and three daycares as a result in the last eight years. Nothing will beat this. The first groomer that does not have a horrible time with this little challenger, and he came out so happy and calm. So clean. Great staff! The interview process was so professional and transparent. Focused on the dog and their well being. I’m so thankful we found this place. Again, Best. Groomer. Ever.

Worst move I ever made going to Camp Bow Wow, watched them on cameras, never again. My dog had all his shots got extremely sick after 5 days. They even had to close down it got so bad.

My dog loves to stay at Camp Bow Wow! She gets lots of cuddles from the staff and seems to enjoy the enrichment activities. We appreciate the personal texts and pictures sent to us during her stay. It gives us peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for and having fun.

I have never taken my dogs to an over night boarding my dogs blankets were soaked in pee but yet someone took the time to fold them and put them back in the bag they came in. My oldest dog has medications he MUST take . At home we struggle with him to take his meds I made sure they were aware of this concern. I called in several times to follow up and I was told they are doing great and Pablo was taking his meds n eating well, but Mesa was not eating much . Day of pick I notice Pablo lost weight and did not act right . The weight o was thinking cause he is in strange place . However we get home Pablo and Mesa do a lot of sleeping . Understandable. Yea say Pablo has running nose , delayed breathing and just not himself . We take him to his vetThe meds that are a must have Pablo did not take . The illness he has without meds attacks his liver , he was admitted to the hospital . Dr stated his meds were not given to him he lost 10 lbs in one week. He had to be put on meds for sinutist which Dr stated contagious. Ear infection . Meds for pancreatist and high liver counts …. $3000.00 later he is home with 24 hour watch. I reached out to Camp Bow Wow via email yesterday no response as of tonight and again first time using them . Very pricey $1300.00 including a tip . If I knew what I know now . A tip are you kidding me .Very disappointed…… praying my Pablo pulls through this

My puppy went for one day, had bad diarrhea afterwards, did not pee once while he was there and proceeded to pee on me after I picked up him. He now is more reactive towards other dogs and all of the sudden isn’t eating his food since going. Not sure what happened while he was there as we were told he had a great day, but something certainly happened that we were not told about.

Do not take your dog here. The staff here are not trained on any pricing information. I had to call in confirmed multiple times with different employees before my trip to come back to a 300 higher priced amount. The "Manager" Chris was not helpful at all and even said his employees was not train to be up front but continued to say policy is policy and no matter what she says I can't go by them. If I can't go by the employees working there, who am i supposed to ask? We seem to be paying for the employees not knowing their job. And the manager does not care to fix it.
