I went to Carters today and one of the employees approached me and stared at me for a while. I didn’t think much of it until she asked me a question. She asked me if I was looking for the clearance section based on how I was dressed. After she was staring at me top to bottom in the most unwelcoming way for a while until I left the store. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more uncomfortable in my life. Never going to Carters again!

I was in there tonight shopping for my grandson’s birthday and had no clue what I was looking for and an incredible person saw me struggling and approached me. I was looking for a 2t outfit and she showed me many and I found one I liked that she picked out.
Her name tag said Bella.
She also did the check out at the register.
Super pleasant.
I have sales people working for me and I wish they were all so pleasant and helpful.
I don’t normally give feedback but this was necessary. Don’t let go of Bella. Trust me
