Outstanding customer service! Great selection of products and the owner went out of his way to patiently support us — despite the insurance company’s poor service. Highly recommend this business for dedicated service in an industry that’s often anything but.

Purchased a post OP shoe just to be given the incorrect size. When I spoke on the phone with the assistant manager she told me I could bring the shoe back to return it. That’s all nothing more nothing else. I live a hour away and drove clear to Columbia there to return the shoe and to get the proper size just for her to say the shoe can’t be returned “ without the plastic “ which the plastic wasn’t on the product when I left the store just the bill . The guy who checked me out to my understanding works at a different location. Was very professional but gave me the wrong size.Due to their lack of mistake and miscommunication in giving me the wrong size she then tried to charge me full price for another one !!!! Then 15 percent off due to their mistake . No thank you. Very unprofessional !!!!!!Their bill states “ returned goods must be accompanied by this bill “ . If it’s required for plastic and original packaging they need to give you the product as is and state that on their receipt and WHEN YOU 2 hours prior without wasting someone time.

Buyers beware! This place will take advantage of you and charge you almost double instore than their website. The store clerk called her manager to check pricing because I took a picture of my cart and claimed they didn't even know they sold the item we were there to buy. This place is a racket and it should be criminal to take advantage of people like this. I wonder if Medicare and insurance companies need a heads up.

BEWARE!! Do not use this company for your medical supplies!!! A representative told me to send in a product and then they did not accept the return!! Poor business practices and misleading business practices.

It's a small establishment within a building. I believe they have most of the recommended medical supplies since they are located close to many clinics. Two things to remember: 1. Ask what insurance they accept before giving away what u have and, 2. Ask for discounts or check online before going in to purchase. I specifically couldn't guage their medical knowledge (myself being a medical technologist) but all-in-all I got what I requested for. Above all, stay healthy.

My son's nebulizer mask broke and he needed a replacement mask and tubing asap so he could breath. The lady was helpful on the phone and had the mask ready for me when I arrived 5 minutes later. It was very well priced and saved me from having to take him to the ER.

Terrific! I called them up and not only did they have the iWalk 2.0 in Stock but she immediately offered to assemble it. As a young guy, I figured I could but boy am I glad I took her up on the offer. I arrived 15 minutes later and she took the time to fit me, show me how it functioned and help me move around in it. There was no up charge either! This device has made all the difference in my mobility.

This place is junky. It's in a outdated office building and I had to go twice to get measured for compression stockings and was told I would have to come back a third time for another measurement after they called to find out if my insurance would pay for it. But they kept my prescription from day one. I have yet to hear back from them so I decided to go else where. She should have taken all the measurements needed the 1st time I went instead of asking me to come back multiple times. Actually the doctors office should have measured me and sent them my measurements. I will never go here again. They are a disorganized mess. They had to clear junk out of one of the rooms just to measure me. And she tried to get a man to measure me and he was like she has a skirt on, I can't measure her you have to do it. Just terrible service all around.

I recently injured my foot and came by with my husband to inquire about wheelchair rentals. The young woman who helped us was very kind, had a great sense of humor, and really knew her stuff -- just the kind of person you'd want to lift your spirits in a time of need. Thank you so much!
