From the moment I started performing a casual search and navigating through CubeSmart's online platform, the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The ease of their site being so user-friendly and efficient, lead me to actually making a reservation. As a result, I then received a follow up within 24 hours from Nancy at this location's office. Once I finally connected with Nancy and spoke with her, she has been extremely helpful, professional, so friendly, and just added to my already positive experience.
Nancy has been phenomenal and been there every second for any questions that I've had, if I needed a tour of the facility, the restrooms, layout of building, parking etc. I highly recommend this location in Columbia very much. A+++++

This is a clean and convenient storage location. Nancy is a great Manager. She’s friendly, goes above and beyond with customer service, and is very helpful if you have questions.
I have not had an issue that was not easily resolved.
