Closed out my unit today. This wasa hidden gem less expensive than PS in the beginning, however, over time the rent climbed from $175 to $300 a month, this was the only negative I had during the 3 years. The place it is well kept and clean. The bright side of CubeSmart is the office manager, Nancy. Always friendly, helpful, and personable. Very easy to get cough up in the with, she's isa big part of the positive rating.

I just opened a storage unit and Nancy was very friendly and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Everything was clean, elevators were quick, and carts were accessible. I took one star off of my review because I have heard that the prices continue to go up over time, which concerns me some.
