After a long day at work, I stopped at CVS to pick up my med.
After 5 to 10 minutes they found my medication between all the orders.
I got the bag and came home. When I opened the bag, the medication was wrong.
I was very upset, not bc I had to go back to the CVS but because what if I couldn’t read and having those wrong medication.
I strongly believe, CVS pharmacy job is very important and delicate.
A mistake can take a life.
For your safety, I don’t recommend this CVS pharmacy to anyone.

Very good selection of body care, first aid, and snacks! Hanna was also very sweet. She was all alone I believe at 8 in the morning and helped me set up a CVS savings card in like two minutes. I’ll assume the rest of the staff is as caring as her, so if this is your nearest pharmacy you’re in good hands!

Cami is THAT girl! I stopped in randomly to pick up some emergency items and she was so kind and sweet in our short interaction.
As a restaurant manager, I know we’re always stopped to hear the bad things but I wanted to commend her for having a great customer service attitude and spirit. Just listening to her interact with other customers was heartwarming.
Cami I hope you know you’re amazing !

Very rude manager. Said he couldn’t find my pick up order after barely looking then had an attitude when I asked for him to check again. He found my order sitting right under his lazy nose! Won’t be returning here

9 out of 10 times I find everything I need in CVS the staff is very friendly there have been times in the past where there was hardly any staff to wait on you but it seems like this time when I went there was plenty of staff and they always had a friendly smile on their face

CVS app. is terrible. Always out of stock. Not enough staff either. Cut the top management pay and hire some staff!

This is a nice pharmacy with the worst set of workers that are very disrespectful, uncaring and have no regard for human feelings or life. Why should such little kids dressed in green and black cannot help people in need of prescription for 3 more mins. They kept us waiting only to tell us they have closed and have transferred our prescription to another location 30 mins away. How wicked can humans be to others yet we can those on 4 legs animals

It hard to get prescriptions filled because they don’t know what they’re doing. It took 3 people 10 minutes to look up the correct prescription. I told them, collectively, 5 times the name of the medication. They don’t listen, walk off and seem to no general idea of how to do their jobs.
I then stood at the register on front at the 15 minute while the young girls just sat ignored us. Only when the manager appeared did they pretend to help. She told her manager she was stock and the other girl just sat there and acknowledged that customers were waiting. They don’t care. Management doesn’t care.

The pharmacy never received the doctors scripts. This has happened a few times now where the doctor sent it but they claim they never received the prescription. It’s very frustrating.
