The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to assist. It is also well stocked and have a batting cage in there. They helped me locate items that I overlooked.

Very dissatisfied. They have bright red signs over Nike womens shirts saying buy 1 get 2nd 50% off. The manager did not honor the sign. He also was very un accommodating with changing grips on my golf clubs. I had to take them to ellicott city Dicks. They were great!

Do not bother going to this location if you're looking to use their hit trax to select a new bat. They use rubber balls in the cage and barely have any bats to use.

Itās poor customer service to have cheaper prices online than you have in store and make the customer have to verify that theyāre getting the best price. Itās arguably deceptive.

I went in to take advantage of the ābat fittingā services advertised on their website. First visit, sorry the one person who does it isnāt here.ā (On a Saturday afternoon..okay). I was assured the one person that knew how to work the HitTrax batting system would be there Mon-Fri. Second visit on Monday afternoon, we donāt do that, you can try bats and see if you like one.ā Absolute waste of time because the employees arenāt properly trained and even worse , they donāt even know what they can and canāt do. Poor management.

Lots of premium sports clothing organized by brands. Making a product exchange here was easy; cashier was very helpful when my credit card wouldn't work and I didn't have the receipt.

Went there for baseball cleats, the web site showed they had some in stock that I wanted. After driving 20 mins to get them there wasn't any in my size (tried 3 pairs) The inventory is wrong online and also at the store kiosk. Just another reason to not waste gas and shop at home. How hard is it to keep your shoe inventory up to date?

West coast was very kind and knowledgeable. He fitted me for the right shoe and he was able to explain everything so thoroughly. He gave me many suggestions. I knew the shoes I was wearing wasnāt the best shoe for my feet, but I didnāt know where to start, but I am grateful that he was there to help me. He is a great addition to your team.

Bought a pair of work boots here that hurt my feet so i tried to return them. (They were clean and gently worn for a day but I had to take them off because they hurt my feet.) The cashier inspected them and they all had a little secret meeting behind the counter and they said they can't take them back because the leather had "creases" on them. So I walked to the back to get the another pair to buy and I guess they thought I was going to steal them so someone followed me to the back and then I went back up and asked for the manager when I was paying for the new pair and showed him that the brand new pair I was about to buy had "creases" on them and he got smart with me and said that it's bc they're "scuffed" not creased. I'm like okayyy?? Which one is it bc your other employee said something different. He said I'll make a one time exception and take the return. He said he can't sell them and that he's just throwing money in the trash lol. I was like oh okay so I should throw my money in the trash instead of a million dollar company? Capitalism is a fun world. All said and done I got the same pair I had and got my money back but damn what a production. If you plan on buying any boots/shoes here, please do as the manager told me and just "wear them around on carpet" to test them out
