Dobbin Center in Columbia, MD., is a busy shopping center that is usually always crowded. The parking lot stays full, and there are special sales and
bargains frequently. Panera Bread, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks are a few popular eating places there. Walmart and Ross are favorites in terms of bargains.

Lousy customer service and usually only ONE full service register open for the whole store! Expect long lines unless you do all the work for them by checking and bagging it all yourself. And by the way - the self check lines are usually long too. Awful as usual!
