I placed an online order and was fortunate enough to have been supplied with this store for delivery. Even though I made a typo in the delivery address, Peter, the owner, graciously refilled the order right away, delivering the birthday order the same evening, to the correct address with no extra charge to me. What a Godsend.

Stopped in today to pick up early gifts for Valentine's day. Upon entering the store, someone yelled from the back that they would be with me in a minute. After waiting for atleast 10 minutes I peaked my head around the corner and said excuse me, where I was still told just a minute. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes and decided the service wasn't going to get any better at this establishment. On my way to leave, I was finally approached for assistance. By this time, it was too late. I went and purchased my items at another establishment. One that had courteous customer service and waited on me, in a timely fashion. Don't waste your time spending your heart earned money, only to overpay for goods and services at this establishment.

I ordered a dipped fruit platter and due to family plans shifting, needed to change the date for the order with little notice. It was not a problem at all. Peter made the change, and had our fruit platter ready early. The fruit was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this business.

I've ordered from this location three times now and have not run into any problems with the freshness or staff at this point in time. Most recently I ordered the dessert board for Christmas Eve and it was beautiful!

This store has horrendous customer service. I was excited to order my mom a birthday arrangement and the women name “Elsa” started screaming at me b/c my address wasn’t popping up. After I asked her to calm down several times she continued to scream. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to even give me her name or let me know when she would be in. This is not how you treat people and it’s disheartening

the customer service here is absolutely horrible. I called to place a order for my mom's birthday and the women on the phone said she can't find my address but she will ask her manager if she could help her with that. she gets back on the phone with me and says it's nothing she could do. i explained that this was stange b/c I have never had this issue before. she proceeded to cut me off and scream at me saying she can't help me I asked her to calm down several times and to speak with her manager she said the manager wasn't in. I worked for this place for a very brief time. Manager was a rude and pompous $@#%& and does not know how-to deal with an adult employee. As a new employee If you dont get it right the first day he wont have you back and pays minimum wage. I laughed as I watched him deliver rotten, wilted flowered cut out fruit to his customers at a starting price of 50 bucks an arrangements. A better storefront name would be "inedible arrangements". I'm surprised they are still in business. This clown heard the phone ring and literally pushed me out of the way forcefully which made me stumble and never apologized.( Im a Senior citizen) without saying excuse or pardon me I should have left right there but I really wanted to like the job and product. It was impossibe given his attitude and found another job that treated me like an adult, trained me properly and cared about their customers offering a warranty on all their products and services.

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. I walked in and decided to purchase one of the ready to go arrangements from the fridge. No employee was in the front so I sat the arrangement on the counter. A girl ran up front and told me that "Next time you need to announce your presence so I don't think you're stealing".What kind of way is that to talk to potential customers? I will NEVER purchase anything from here. I cannot believe this happened.

The fruit bouquet was beautiful. Mariflor in the Columbia branch kept the shop open an extra hour for my online order. Thank you so much the excellent customer service.
