I hope that anyone who uses this facility has a chance to work with Andrew. What a friendly and kind guy. Very easy to work with. His enthusiasm late in the day on a Saturday afternoon is unmatched. I was walking back to my car thinking that I need to hire this guy for one of my own companies. It's so rare to find somebody Who is so good with customers and who is so energized. Extremely impressed with this guy. Kudos to whoever brought him up and whoever trained him to handle customers at this job. Needless to say we signed our contract to take one of these units.

Lighting is an issues gate was broken but now fixed and rare door was not secure . Staff has been great but the facility needs to do better for the customers. Small upgrades can make a world of difference. Re-cement all entry and exit for easier access for carts and wheelchair accessibility.

Becca was extremely professional, kind, empathetic, and efficient. She made the process extremely easy, quickly, and painless. She has phenomenal customer service skills and is very informative. She makes sure you have exactly what you want and walks you through the process with ease. I was very happy working with her to get my storage unit set up today and left confident that she has my best interests at heart.
