These guys are my favorite. They make me feel like family. They are the best. If you think otherwise you’re lying to yourself. I will never forget them.

They diagnosed the problem, couldn't fix it that day, but did not charge me for the diagnosis (even after volunteering to pay). The advisor was patient explaining the situation, and was honest about worst-case scenarios. I left with the feeling that they were straight with their customers, which, of course, I appreciate.
