Poor lighting, difficult access. There’s no lights leading up to the gate. There’s only one functional exterior light on the building (Building “B”). Literally have myself and seen plenty others unload in near darkness (phone camera makes it appear lighter than it is). It’s a hazard. To get into the first floor there is a swinging door with no automatic open (like a disability button) that makes it very difficult for a single person to navigate into the facility, and would be near impossible for someone with significant disabilities. Security it’s important but be prepared to enter your code repeatedly ad nauseam. I guess I need to try the app to see if that makes it easier. Honestly, just an oddly very poorly thought out storage facility.

Terrible experience at this storage facility. The app almost never worked to provide gate, door or elevator access so I'd always have to get out and enter my code. One of the elevators would be down on busy days meaning it took twice as long if your unit was upstairs. They raised the rent over $50/month for no reason. And finally, they use bait and switch allowing you to schedule your move out for any day of the month but do not indicate that they don't prorate or refund for unused days. So if you pay for all of the month and move out on the 2nd, they won't refund you for the other 28 days and they can re-lease your unit to someone else and double dip on the rent for the same month. Super shady. I will never rent from Public Storage again.
