Amazing customer service at this location. I have to give a shout out to Jessica. She was super helpful in assisting me with a return/exchange. I called ahead to confirm the store would have the size I wanted. When I arrived she remembered me and quickly picked up the 5 items in the sizes I came in for. It seemed effortless for her to give above and beyond. Jessica you’re a rockstar. Thank you again!

Tbh this is probably the most honest review I write.The store is basic. If you're trying to find a cheaper alternative from Lululemon then I'm not sure this is the best option. Their clothes are pretty cheap but at the same time basic. Not a lot of versatility. I've walked into their store plenty of times without actually finding a decent pair of shorts. they also create a false narrative about inclusivity with their models and 100% natural materials all while maintaining an affordable price. Let me tell you, there is a reason why Lululemon is so expensive because they check off all the boxes (but price) They honestly just don't live up To Lululemon standards their design team needs more inspiration and their memberships are a no go for being deceitful.Basically so sum it all up their fashions are basic and need work. If you want a real Lululemon alternative I would recommend Athleta or Old Navy Active

I LOVE visiting this store! Management at Fabletics is super helpful and friendly (Yay Marcela, she is super awesome!!). I also really love their collab weekly workout sessions on weekends! I have been to Yoga (shout out to YogaSix and Brent for the session!) and Zumba (shout out to Alicia!). Of course if I love Fabletics this much.. you know I am a VIP account holder ❤️ since the deals as a VIP is REALLY amazing all year round! I hope to visit the store more when I am done healing from my unrelated gym injuries

I’ve been looking for a supportive non underwire bra and thought I’d give Lizzo’s Yitty a go. I ordered 3 bras in my usual size. They were way too tight. I exchanged them for a larger size and they were still too tight. I returned the whole order on June 23. When I look up the USPS tracking, the package is persistently “moving in the system”. I tried contacting USPS but because the return label doesn’t show a “regular” address on the return label, they can’t look it up. Fabletics won’t issue a refund until they get the goods. It was an expensive $190 mistake. I’ll never order from this company again.

Although I came to return some items from an online purchase, I was quickly waited on and my return was fast and simple. This was my first visit to the store because online ordering is just easier. However, I found that this store was nicely stocked with some of their most popular items, so if you don't want to wait you can check online to see if it's available in the store and go get it. If you haven't experienced the Fabletics brand yet, whatever are you waiting for I love the variety in workout, lounge, and swimwear. The colors, patterns, and the support I feel with each piece while still being super comfortable and cute is amazing! Now, some may think they're a little pricey, but they're always having sales. I just scored several cute pieces at 60% off Yup ya heard me right! Btw, did you know Lizzo also reps a super adorable line #Yitty Fabletics reps the big and beautiful girls too. So y'all better get on over to the store and see for yourself

I ordered some clothes online & they didn't fit me so I brought them to this location to exchange. The staff was quite helpful & had great customer service. There was some confusion with their system when they were processing my return so I had patiently waited for a while. After everything was resolved, the employee helping me had given me a coupon to use in the future, so naturally I asked why I was receiving it.To my surprise, the answer was because of their inconvenience to me, though I had not complained about waiting or anything else. I have never had such a great experience with customer service! Also, the girl helping me was more than willing to help me figure out my membership & how to use their app. I can't remember their names but for certain one was a manager & the other was a young employee.

Went to the website after seeing an ad - yes I did :( After multiple questions and then a demand for contact details before i could even see what was on offer, I decided that I would shop elsewhere. Word to the wise - never give your contact details away before you are even allowed to see what is on offer.

Be aware! This company has many hidden policy's that they do not post or tell you about when you sign up. I had items that were not delivered and I was supposed to be refunded the money. After being told I would receive the refund, they gave me a store credit. I have contacted them regarding this and was told that there is a policy that they do not give refunds which is not given to members. I was also recently told there is an internal policy that does not allow members to have chat transcripts. So I am unable to get any copies of the chat and where they stated they would give me a refund. Watch out for this company as they are definitely not looking out for their customers.

A product is only as good as its customer service and company policies. While the product is a quality product and I have been very happy with the items purchased, their service and policies are HORRID! My initial experience was awesome. I was not familiar with the product or sizing so I wanted to go into the store to ensure I was comfortable with both before making a purchase. Midway thru trying on a variety of items, the SA lets me know the advertised prices only apply to members and I would need to get a $50 membership to get the advertised pricing…ok. Perhaps I did not read well when looking online. So fast forward to the items I could not get in-store, but ordered online. It took 3+ weeks to receive the items. I have NEVER heard of such! Did they have to go and buy the materials to make the items prior to shipping by the slowest method possible! Fast forward to my making another purchase only to have items go on sale the very next day! I called about a price adj. only to find out they do not do PA. Unfu**ing believable! I cannot tell you how enraged I was! Their prices are NOT cheap enough to have such a ridiculous policy! So fast forward , I am told to repurchase and return the original order. While an inconvenience, I say fine. Now in a perfect world this would have went smoothly…but lets not forget they have to make the clothes before they can ship them…so by the time I go to return the original order, I find out some of the items have gone on final sale and are non-returnable. And let me not forget the items come in little bags that are associated with the order, so not knowing this, I use the items from the more expensive order because the 2nd order is the same….well that was a HUGE mistake!! When I arrive at the Columbia, MD store, I was told by the horrible manager, that apparently has NEVER heard of customer service, she can’t help me and I need to call Customer Service. So after driving 35-40 mins to get to the closest store, I have to go back home and call Customer Service. The gentleman at Customer Service was wonderful and made a bad situation sooooo much better, but every time I place an order, I there seems to be something that turns me off about this company. I have been waiting to review this company because I was so torn between the quality of the product and the HORRIBLE company. But once again after placing an order for the very same items to go on sale a couple days later and knowing I cannot get a price adj, I find myself infuriated! My advice to anyone considering this this product is to get in and get out! Make a huge order and move on!

Horrible experience. I placed a fairly large order on 11/25 and was very excited. I was promptly given an estimated delivery date of 11/28. Today is 12/9 and it is still showing an estimated delivery date of 11/28. I reached out to Fabletics and they said they could not help me and that I needed to reach out to the courier Lazership. I went to their website and put in a request to be contacted for an updated delivery date. Was sent an automated response saying it could be 72+ hours before I would be contacted again. I waited 3 days and sent a follow up email asking just for a response. Nothing still. Contacted Fabletics again and no response. I understand it’s the holidays and there is delayed delivery, however, the customer service for both Fabletics and their chosen courier, Lazership, are horrible. All I wanted was a response with an updated delivery date. Ridiculous. Will never order from here again.
