PLEASE read this review. It's written by me, someone who is a natural born cynic. This is the best Fed Ex office I've ever been to. It's well organized, clean, stocked full of supplies and helpful staff, but THEIR SECRET WEAPON, is their store manager VIVIANA!!! Wow, this young lady actually cares about customers. She wants to make sure you leave there feeling heard, helped and serviced! Kudos to Fed Ex for hiring this beautiful human being!!

Unless you are dropping off without interacting with the front desk, be prepare to wait like 15 to 30 mins if you need any help with the front desk agent.Extremely short staffed always. Hope Fedex takes some action.

Went in to pickup my parcel. I waited maybe 5 minutes. The male at the counter was friendly. He checked my ID, went in the back, and 30 seconds later I was out the door. Smooth experience.

This isn’t a complaint about the staff, they tried to be as nice as can be, but fed ex forklifted through a 300$ package and make the claim process so horrible for the recipient that I literally left the destroyed package sitting on the counter. I’ll never ask a shipper to send by FedEx again. And yes, I tried three times to submit an online claim. Each failed and took 4 hrs of my life. See the before and after pics…Update: well it looks like they sent it to some kind of QA person, maybe I’ll be surprised.Will call me surprised, they took the package from qa and sent it back to the shipper, I got my full refund. Worked out after all.

just went to this location to get a passport photo. The young man at the counter wouldnt even respond when I entered the store and said hello. I was going to get everything mailed from this location but after the photo was taken I paid for the photo and walked out.This person needs to learn some social skills or get a job where you don't interact with the public.

Tried to drop for FedEx. Didn't work and staff was very reluctant to take their time to try to make their app work. Would've really appreciated a little more effort. Maybe restart your phone or app?

They are basically just there. They watched me trying to open the doors while a carrying a large box and made no effort to help. Once I put it on the floor in front of the counter he said he'd take care of it. I'm a senior they are all young.

Just went to get some papers laminated. Never been to this location or ever laminated anything. A man came to help me at the machine, he automatically started putting my papers through the machine for me. A lady who worked there came up to me and rudely asked if I understood what self service meant? I looked confused and she told me that I should be doing this on my own because she needed him to ring people up due to a lineup. I was confused about the aggression in her voice. There was a sign that said self service however this employee automatically started helping me with it. She then gave him a phone call and went into the back leaving the actual helpful employee to deal with this call and the line alone. There is many different professional and polite ways to deal with this situation and she did not handle it in any of those ways.To the employee who actually helped me and apologized for his co workers actions thank you for handling the situation and I hope you have a better day.

Convenient location but they are severely understaffed. I went in this morning for a simple drop off and there was only one person working. She was doing her best to hand all of the duties but they. Should have at least one other person working to help her out. There were several people ahead of me in line. Seems their system was not functioning properly today because the one employee was moving from register to register trying to ring people up. Over all the did a good job considering the circumstances.
