Super nice staff, however they will charge you MUCH MORE than they need to. I was quoted for two items (almost $2,000!) I got the parts fixed for $500 including labor.
When I went to pick my car up, there was another person talking about how much they were trying to charge them vs the price they found their parts for. VERY similar story to mine.
I only recommend this place if you have plenty of money and nobody to fix your car.

I called today asking for availability to get an alignment. They said I could come at 11:30. They offered me the lifetime alignment which I was okay with. I came in, asked them to also check the axle nuts because we replaced the axles. They asked when I needed the car back by. I said 3 because I have to be at work. I called at 2pm because I haven’t heard back and it doesn’t take 2 1/2 hours to do an alignment. I got “oh we were just about to call you. We’re just pulling the car in and realize we can’t offer you the lifetime alignment because your vehicle is modified and we didn’t know and we wouldn’t be able to adjust your cambers”. Modified can change an alignment, which I know. But Goodyear does all my alignments just fine. I couldn’t go there today because they didn’t have availability. So I’m not sure how they couldn’t do my alignment if they didn’t try. They then asked if I would like to proceed with the non lifetime option.??? I thought you just said you wouldn’t be able to adjust the cambers. So why would I go through with an alignment. Secondly… why did it take until 2pm to get this info. “Well we had other appts that’s why I asked what time you needed it by” that’s besides the point. Why did you tell me I could come at 11:30 if you couldn’t do it until 2. Why not just tell me 2 to begin with. So I wasted all day waiting for my car for the service to not even be done. This is absolutely ridiculous. And yet they still charged me the 20$ to torque the axle nut after wasting my time. So not only was my time wasted, my car doesn’t have an alignment so I drove to work on a suspension that may not be correct or safe. But I was also late to work. Do not come here for anything. Go to Goodyear. I am beating myself up for not waiting a day for them but I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. “Heavily modified” if that’s the case than you wouldn’t be able to work on most trucks or jeeps. If Goodyear can get my alignment right than they should be able to as well. They just didn’t wanna take the time to do it.
Edit: 7/30/24 got an alignment at Goodyear today and it’s beautiful. No excuses. If you’re not confident in your work just say so.

Was referred to Firestone by my husband that uses this company. I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism, especially from James Bae. Unexpectedly while heading to work, my radiator hose burst. I was able to make it to Firestone and was immediately placed on the schedule for repairs. It took a day to get parts from the dealership however the price was more than reasonable for parts and labor. Thank you to the team for getting me back to my normal routine.

Firestone in Columbia, America's first planned city, has been fantastic! I have purchased 16 car tires from the shop over several years, along with mounting, balancing, rotation, and warranties. With fabulous attitudes, staff members have completed other work as well. My Toyota and Volkswagen have received the right care by Firestone on Little Patuxent Parkway. They help us manage our stress in normal living, driving, and commitments. Add a smile when you pay the Firestone shop!

My Maryland car inspection was done on the same day (Saturday) as I had wanted and for the right price. Other Auto shops quoted twice as much and wouldn’t do the inspection on Saturdays.

Fire stone complete auto care in Columbia, MD gave decent service. One thing they could change is once the customer notifies them that they will pick up their car at a certain time they should pull the car to the front for easy access.
