These guys price gouge ($2K more than max allowed for a medium sized job), do shabby work (left debris everywhere, didn't sweep, very sloppy job on removing drywall) and try to skip doing work (won't move furniture or carpet they were paid to remove). This felt like a hustle from start to finish - all they want you to do is pay ASAP but they won't complete the items that you paid for.

They came in for a flood restoration and after they took away their equipment, left the place a complete mess. They didn't finish taking out the insulation or drywall. They didn't sweep. And they didn't even put the anti-fogging on the walls that they claimed they did and charged us for. They say they did but my cameras say otherwise. They had no care for any of the items in my house and just threw everything around. As a military family, this was extremely disappointing. Safe to say I'm not recommending this company and will be going to the local military bases to warn their members from using this company.

The customer care representative I talked to on the phone was very polite and resourceful. She sent a team to my apartment immediately to sort out the water mess in my bathroom after a leak.
