Place opens at noon, im there at 1245 and doors are locked for an employee bathroom break. Staff better or plan around your potty breaks better, shouldnt be "closed" less than an hour after opening. 2 cuz i like gamestop

Decent GameStop with the usual stuff and staff is perfectly friendly, the main issue is that this place is never open when it's supposed to be and the posted hours don't seem to mean jack.

Sara was EXTREMELY rude. I had called the day before wanting to know if they something in stock which their website said they did and wanted to get there before the store closed. No one ever answered the phone. I ordered the product online and when I came to pick it up the next day she had the worst attitude since I didn’t have my confirmation number but unfortunately I never received an email with that number. She continued to give me attitude saying I kept calling over and over for more than an hour which was untrue. She went to telling me to stop calling in person. I will never return to this store in the Columbia Mall nor will I ever recommend it to a friend or family. Worst customer service EVER!
