Angry upset staff at this Giant Pharmacy for some time now. They are never in a hurry to help and care about a patient that needs medication when they are in the store waiting right in front of them! It seems they must fill the Q first before they can help anyone else! Terrible customer service and the girl that works the register doesn't even know what AZO is! What ever happened to the good old days where people truly cared about sick patients and cared about how they treated them! Now you are just another number and they seem to hate what they do for a living! For as long as I have been in the medical world I have never treated my patients like a number no matter how busy I am or how I feel they are my patients and I care! If you are sick and need medication in a hurry, unless you want to wait 2 hours to fill your prescription which was for antibiotics not a maintenance drug which by the way has taken 3 days or more to fill. Giant needs to get a New staff that cares or get more help do they won't be so angry!

Took way too long. They told me 45 minutes and I had to wait over 2 hours.

Very poor customer service at this pharmacy. The staff seemed disorganized despite not being busy and the service was quite slow. Not a place that I would return or trust with my heath -related needs.

i have never met people who truly think and move at the speed of the zootoipa sloth until i came here. Every single one of the pharmacists are condescending (to compensate for their lack of knowledge) and deranged at the same time. These people do not behave like normal human beings and every day i fear them more

This pharmacy is terrible. They do not take care of people in the store waiting for their medication. The pharmacist has no customer service skills. I am definitely moving my meds elsewhere.

This store needs wireless repeater so customers can get cell phone signal. Both myself and a Verizon customer could not get signal in the store. Proper cell phone signal would have been helpful in me calling my Dr for a prescription that the pharmacy said they didn't have (but it was there). I do not recommend. I am changing my pharmacy of choice now.

I have found the pharmacy staff to be wonderful, patient and compassionate. Also, no nonsense, they want you to get what you need and they are on to the next. They understand that people hate waiting and they try their very best to staff so that customers do not have to.

Giant is always a decent grocery store to do some shopping. Parking is pretty good here too.

The practice of not accepting payment over the phone before arriving is flawed. I've waited excessive times, most recently over 30 minutes at the curb. The excuse that they've had bad experiences in the past rings hollow when the Giant Pharmacy in River Hill does accept payment in advance over the phone.

The white female pharmacy tech with the bandana is incredibly rude and always seems frustrated with customers and sometimes even the other techs working (specifically when they are people of color). I’ve seen her mannerisms completely change when she is helping me or one of my family members versus a white customer. She never seems to want to be there and huffs and puffs if you have more than one refill. It makes me very uncomfortable when she’s the cashier and I do not like at all how she interacts/reacts with customers seemingly differently based on their skin color or religious coverings.

The tech at the vaccine counter is always very rude and grumpy. The pharmacists were nice though.
