Very nice items and faire prices. The only issue is that they don’t have any bathroom at least one for the clients. If you need to go to the bathroom you have to go to Staples beside the store.

Good selection but the guy upfront was extremely misleading. When I initially came in he said that I would have 30 days to return items and said that I could return any and all items that did not work for me- I shouldn’t have trusted his word. It’s only 7 days. Also, was treated differently when I was wearing makeup v when I was not. Don’t trust these people.

This Goodwill was decently sized and organized for the most part. There was loud music playing when I visited, not sure if this is the norm. Changing rooms are currently closed at this location.Donations are not accepted Monday to Tuesday. They are accepted Wednesday to Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM.

My friend took a keep bag here and I went up there within an hour and they wouldn’t look in the box for it. I just lost a brand new name brand purse. Horrible customer service

Great service at the drop off center. Along with being helpful he was witty without be offensive. I’ve actually giggling about it all day.

Nice store but the prices are ridiculous! $14 for a 15-year old worn J Jill jacket? Several high priced items had stains. Bought one item ?

I've never been to a thrift store that charged more than a Walmart. This Goodwill store isn't even worth visiting because everything is ridiculously overpriced.

This store is a larger Goodwill Store than many I have visited. They seemed a bit understaffed and things were a bit disorganized but the prices were great. The photo of the beautiful W. R. Grace Ship framed picture that I posted earlier was marked $12. A fantastic buy.

I came to this Goodwill because I had some Ravens gear to donate and it was close to where I was staying. I live elsewhere now and was in town to visit a friend.Their website said they open for donations at 10:00 on Sundays. I get to the store at 10:00 but they're closed. On the door, it says they open at 11:00. I wish they had updated their website and I would have tried another Goodwill.

Store could use some creative organizing, more light and rearranging the items for sale. Cashier was friendly and I found a great item that I never thought I’ll find there. Plenty of vinyl records for enthusiasts out there who loves listening to turntable music.

This location is dirty and disorganized. The staff are friendly, but not very good at communicating when it comes to donations. The floors are messy and the shelves look like a toddlers closet when you've asked them to clean their room. The store is small, the aisles are too compact, and it's very poorly lit.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I came by because the online website to “where to donate” links you to the store with hours but does not differentiate between donation hours and retail hours. The workers were extremely cold when informing me and told me to come back tomorrow. While I did, the worker today was also extremely cold in referring to me coming late yesterday and then, rejected my two items (desk and folding chair) because the chair was only a single chair and the desk had one mark. Per the website, these items are acceptable and my friends and family would find these items useful. I do not advise anyone to donate here or shop here. Workers sincerely need to learn customer service and this store has their own guidelines for donating.

I was not impressed with how you have to drop your donations in big boxes. If you are leaving anything with multiple parts; they will be lost and the item is probably thrown away. Sad. If you have something with multiple parts, make sure you put it in a bad that is taped shut.

I really love this GW but lately.. their pricing has been absolutely absurd. The staff are excellent, selection good, but the audacity of some of the pricing on items is laughable. I am blown away at how they could price some things the way they do. Ive seen things with tags still on that are lower priced then Goodwill pricing. Also fun fact, if you look up how much they profit and what they invest in their “employment program” which is what makes it “Goodwill” you would be SHOCKED. Consider they get this stuff for FREE AND DELIVERED FREE. My research came up to about a half million a year FROM EVERY GOODWILL IN THE USA PUT TOGETHER that was donated. Think about that.

I went to drop off a dresser, and the person outside that was taking clothes was very rude and yelling at me after I said hello to him. My wife and I will never shop here anymore.it was not my problem that 3 of his co -workers called out that day, and he was by himself. He needs training in customer service. If I could leave no stars for review, I would.
