Pretty good location. Lots of inventory. Friendly staff for the most part. Make sure to sign up for coupons. Items seem to be a bit smaller than other designer's items of the same size
Cashier seemed annoyed that I didn't want to purchase a bag, so my item was sloppily tossed onto the counter after I paid.

Visited store today was helped by SA : 1110569 absolutely rude, I signed up with email for extra 10% off and she said with an attitude, I can't use for 15 minutes I said ok I will let my sister check out first and I will check out after she proceeeds to tell me I can't wait in store , so I ask for a manager she was even ruder like come on we are in 2025 where is the customer service .. I will never visit this store again I am appalled. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The manager at this Columbia, MD location is simply wonderful. She is so diligent and helpful to ALL of the customers/guests who come to this H&M. She helped me today (Sunday) find a cute striped skirt and I could not thank her enough. I was so happy, I said, 'How did you do that???' H&M is so lucky to have her as their manager of this store.

The selection is amazing !!
They always have a great selection, all colors and sizes, etc.
The staff members are always great, the dressing rooms are always available, and I always leave w something.

I really enjoyed the shopping experience here. The store was crowded, but the staff was all over it. The store was clean and orderly. The dressing rooms were spacious and a staff member was there to direct everyone coming and going. The racks were well-maintained and organized. I went back to the dressing room multiple times and there was no confusion of who got were first. Check-out was a breeze even with just 3 registers open we did not wait longer than 8 minutes in line. That was a good team working today.

The "Manager" Greg stood at the door and would not let us in at 7:50pm. He had the door roped off. He said that there was a line at the register even though the mall does not close until 8pm. Awful customer service H&M and shame on you Greg!
