Worst customer service experience ever at Home Depot. If you’re ever around the Pro desk avoid MJ. Terrible attitude, lacking knowledge and experience. Sad that I had to talk to a manager just to checkout.

I love Home Depot. But the isles at this store are so packed, people can barely pass each other while looking for products. The power tool section is terrible. Space planning should be a priority for management.

This is the WORST place on the planet!I have been coming to Home Depot for DECADES! NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING and HAS ZERO communication or knowledge at all of this entire place!Literally, I came here for 2 simple things. And got nothing!ZERO customer service. ZERO pep in anything. Or even a simple friendly anything.Thanks for screwing up my happy night where I was supposed to be picking up a Christmas tree and some lights.I'll NEVER come back to this location again!

The store itself is fine. But if you are buying lumber they only have one register open to check out. They’re a 4 “Pro” checkout lanes but you must be a “Pro Member” to use them. So there’s usually 2-4 cashiers standing around at this “Pro” checkout, literally doing nothing because no one has a stupid pro membership, while the line at the one checkout just gets longer and longer. I usually wait in line for 20 minutes to check out with lumber.Go elsewhere if your in a hurrry and buying lumber.

I ordered two Rubbermaid Roughneck trash cans online. One black for trash and one blue for recycling. I also paid a fee for shipping. Initially I was very impressed that both cans were delivered within less than 3 hours after ordered. My impression changed when I noticed the blue can had been used. It had stains and scratches on the inside, bird dropping on the lid and a dent on the front left side. Obviously, this can had been used. Long story short, I spent much time on the phone having this Home Depot location finally agree to pick the can up. The customer service team at this location did a great job in handling the return, pickup, and refund. The one star rating is for poor upfront sales process.

I like this Home Depot. It's a little more organized than some of the other locations, which is not to say that the others are horrible. I usually get great customer service in all of the Home Depot stores, but this one has a little edge.Highly recommended!

Tim from customer service was so great! We had an online pick up for a giant ladder and he brought it out very quickly. When we noticed it was dinged up, he swapped it out right away and even helped us load it in the truck and tie it down. Thanks again for the help Tim!

Essentially equivalent to the Lowes down the street. We participate mainly in the kids workshops, which are just over crowded. Not sure why, but the Lowes is never crowded. This make the employees at home Depot not nearly as friendly and they don't let you take the kids home 5o your kids. Unless you go to both each month, Lowes is far superior

I've been going to this location for years and have loved it but recently they've hired a mob of boomers to work the check out lines. This is torture for a tech savvy introvert. These employees can't count. Can't see barcodes. Love to talk. This makes the checkout process a nightmare. Why don't I go to self check out you ask? Because they are there and they just barge in and try to do it for you and slow down the process. I often drive out of my way to go to lowes now. I can't take the torture. The rest of the employees on the floor are top notch. The place is always stocked and clean. I just cannot stand the check out process.BTW I see other reviews of people unable to find items. Just go to the home depot website and you can search for every item and it tells you if it's in stock and where it's located. Just make sure you select the right location/store ar the top left.

It’s a good place for you needs. The only thing is they are not well staffed at the customer service area. There’s always a long line with only one or two staff. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Paged for help in plumbing twice. All told waited 20 minutes and no one came. Wasted valuable lunch time. Nice people paging but VERY POOR experience. Would not go to there again if I have a choice. Reading other reviews, my experience here is the norm, not the exception.

Cleanliness is great, organization is good, inventory is great BUT you better be a pro if you’re going to come here because no one will help you. I’ve been here on several occasions and every time I have to buy a tool that’s locked in a cage they’ve made me wait several painful minutes, upwards of 20 minutes. I asked 3 people for help on my last trip and not one person accomplished it, I even asked for a manger and that never happened either. Tried calling the help desk and I was hung up on. Highly disappointed

I ordered a refrigerator but the delivery service from JB Hunt was a disaster. The told me they could not install it because of reasons that were not explained to me. I said wait and let me call Home Depot. They said let them know in five minutes. In four I was outside as they drove away with no opportunity to tell them my decision. This is unacceptable. I blocked out a 4 hour delivery window they did not need to be rude. I just asked for the opportunity to get information. Never use them again. Now both Home Depot and I will send more time and money for delivery.

Came to look for a part for my shower. Tried to ask one employee- after I said can you give me a hand, I could see he was on a phone call blue tooth. He looked at me and walked away without a word. Second person just told me the aisle number and walked away. Other people just kept walking. I tried- they keep pushing me back to ordering on Amazon.
