We had a fantastic experience with ITG and specifically with Technician Greg. He visited our home to repair our alarm system, and his professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. Sometimes technicians are in a rush to get the job done and leave. I can’t say the same about Luis. He was very thorough when he did our installation and was very patient when he had to come back just 3 weeks later to check on a problem I was having.
